There is no easy way to experience infertility, however, RMI and their dedicated staff made our 2 year struggle the best it could possibly be. The 24/7 communication available via the portal gave us peace of mind time and time again. Although it took us two years to conceive the team never gave up on us and did what they needed to do it finally get us to where we wanted to be. 💯 recommend this clinic/

I recently contacted Reproductive Medicine Institute and was disappointed by the experience. The person I spoke with "Patty" made it so awkward it was brief and made assumptions based on my BMI she kept saying we have a limit my bmi is not high (29) and overlooked my professional background in medicine since 2008 just because this is not my specialty does not mean I don't understand. I have PCOS and wanted to explore the reasons behind my two early pregnancy losses. Unfortunately, the conversation felt extremely dismissive and did not address my concerns adequately she just wanted to get me off the phone. I hope the clinic can improve its approach to patient care and communication. I felt compelled to leave this review just to give others a heads up with their scheduling process. The receptionist were super sweet.♡

The billing department was rude and stressful, with last minute charges causing significant stress during appointments. IVF cycle was not affected, but overall experience was negative.

The experience was good. A few things that weren’t so great. The billing department was a nightmare, rude and always last Minute charges the day of an appointment. I was told If I didn’t pay right away I wouldn’t be able to move forward with my cycle. This causes so much stress during these appts.

We had two successful IVF cycles at RMI, thanks to Dr. Rana and Dr. Amanda's expertise and excellent patient care. The team was knowledgeable and attentive, and we received daily instructions and next steps. We highly recommend RMI fertility clinic.

RMI is one of the best fertility clinics out there! We started our journey with them seven years ago, and after three miscarriages, our very first IVF cycle with them was a success. Thanks to late Dr. Rana and the entire team who was just incredible and guided us through everything. 5 years later, we went back to RMI for a frozen embryo transfer, and this time Dr. Amanda handled the procedure and we had Another success! We had a complication in the early pregnancy and Dr. Amanda and the team guided us with the right steps and followed up with us weekly. We absolutely loved working with Dr. Amanda, she is wonderful, very cordial and was always available to answer my endless questions. We're now the proud parents of two beautiful kids, all thanks to RMI. Their entire team is just fantastic. From the doctors and nurses to the lab people, everyone is super knowledgeable, pays incredible attention to detail, and they never, ever miss sending daily instructions and next steps. Plus, having reports available on their portal right on time was a huge help. The appointments are quick and we never had to wait long to see the doctor or get labs done. We truly had a great experience with them! We definitely recommend RMI. Thank you

Ive been a patient of RMI since 2022 and from infertility testing, to IVF, to unsuccessful and successful embryo transfers. Dr T and her staff are absolutely wonderful. They are caring through such a hard time and so responsive to all messages and calls. I felt comfortable and confident through it all thanks to her staff.
