RGI (now Pinnacle Fertility) has been the absolute best! Prior to learning about RGI, I spent one year with a large hospital where I was treated poorly as their doctors and staff lacked care and/or empathy for my reproductive goals. I was a money maker for them. When I was referred to RGI by a friend my experience was completely different. Honestly, a breath of fresh air. I wish I knew about them sooner! EVERY SINGLE INDIVIDUAL I worked with at RGI was nothing short of INCREDIBLE! Unlike other facilities, RGI was easy to communicate with as every patient is assigned a patient care coordinator- therefore the usual nightmare of communication/scheduling was completely eliminated. During my appointments I was treated with compassion and respect. My case was tough. So much so that my success rate seemed low at the start but here I am pregnant with my first baby! All of my retrieval and transfer protocols were team centered and individualized to me to ensure we achieved the best results. Above everything, they value positive patient interaction and truly care about your success. The knowledge, dedication, and sacrifice these healthcare professional make for the patients is unmatched. I now consider these people family. Just recently, I graduated from their program which is both exciting and sad as I wish they could care for me through my pregnancy. If you are considering fertility care please do yourself a favor and schedule an appointment with RGI. You will be glad you did! THEY ARE THE ABSOLUTE BEST!

Even though we didn't receive the outcome we had hoped for, it was no fault of RGI's. They did everything they could to help us, from trying new ideas, to medication, to adopting embryos. They were so sweet and helpful with every visit. When we knew our journey had to end (we ended up having health issues aside from infertility), they took the time to meet with us to be sure we were okay. They really CARE about their patients and what is BEST for their patients. Our experience was with Dr. Priya Maseelall (INCREDIBLE- I really can't say enough good about this woman. She is so kind, takes her time to answer all questions, takes her time to give her honest advice on the next steps, etc), Dr. Sweta Bhatt (also incredible, honest, and caring), and navigator Jackie (so sweet, helpful, and a "cheerleader" :)). We miss our RGI family.. I highly recommend this group for all infertility needs.
