Here are some problems I've faced:
1) You'll very rarely talk to a doctor - I came on with Doctor Bluer and only met him twice during the whole time I was there. One was an ultrasound he did and the other was an appointment set up but it was very rushed and over within 15 minutes. I have a complex case of PCOS and I feel that little information about my condition/bloodwork was shared with me unless I pressed to get answers. Once he was retired, they moved me to Dr. Moss but told me it would take 2 months until I could make an appointment with her. I've been going here for months and spent thousands of dollars and I can't talk to my doctor until 2 months later????
2) HSG Incident - I had an HSG done at RCC and it went terribly. The actual procedure was fine, but once the procedure was done the NP was telling me that "she wasn't seeing what she needed to see" indicating it looked to her like my tubes were closed. I got a call 2 days later from another NP to go over my results and she said everything looked fine and when I brought up I was shocked because the other NP said it looked bad she was confused at my reaction. It then took 5 days for the original NP who did my procedure to call me back to let me know it was ok. That caused so much emotional turmoil in me thinking I would have to go straight to IVF and for me not to get a call back for 5 days was cruel. I also think she made the procedure longer than necessary to try and get better pictures when she may not have known what to look for.
3) Insurance Nightmare - I luckily have insurance that will cover medications but getting RCC to help with this is a full-time job. On multiple occasions I had to buy medication from them instead of insurance because they would not call the insurance on time for me to place my order. There was one time when I had to go sit in their waiting room and tell them I was not leaving until they called prior authorization and I still did not get my medication on time. It is very stressful when you have to have medication on a certain date and they are not working in a timely manner to help you. Infertility is already a stressful endeavor and this made it even more stressful.
4) Conflicting or No Information - There were multiple times I had nurses tell me one thing, and a NP tell me another so I never really knew what information was correct. I also never got information explained about bloodwork or any testing they were doing. Once I got my own records and started going to other fertility clinics, the doctors there could explain all my bloodwork and records to me in 10 minutes. It is frustrating RCC never took the time. For example, I have a very high AMH count which during IVF can have risks. RCC never told me my AMH was high. I did not know until I did my own research and saw I was way above the normal limits.
5) Lost my bloodwork - The bloodwork lab on site lost or mislabeled my blood so I had to go back in and redo that.
6) Being asked what plan I want to take by admin without talking to a medical team - After one of my IUIs failed, I called RCC to get advice from the medical team on what the next steps should be. I get a call back from an admin who is asking me what I want to do and what she can schedule me for. I was very confused why she was calling me when she could not answer medical questions. I told her how am I supposed to know what next steps to take when I'm not even a medical professional? It was just very odd they were trying to make me figure out my next steps without even talking with a nurse. This also falls back into the complaint that they never really go over your medical history with you.
7) If you don't do your own research and advocate for yourself you will not get a good treatment plan.
There are more issues I could bring up but I do not have the space. I would not recommend this clinic.

Poor treatment and communication led to multiple cancelled appointments due to machine down and no notification about a requirement to finish bleeding before the procedure.
