I came to the clinic for an appointment with Helsi, immediately went to the reception desk, where the girl told me that the doctor was on sick leave from today. I was not warned about this in any way. I understand that everything happens, but as it seemed to me the girl was quite superior and told me “you should have been dialed if you made an appointment through helsi”, no one from the clinic called me, which I said, to which I received the answer “you just made an appointment and came ?”. I pre-registered 2-3 days ago. Also, the girl did not offer an alternative (make an appointment for another day), she simply said again that the doctor was on sick leave. I can’t say anything about the clinic, since I didn’t use the services, but I won’t go here again.

Well, I want to share my impressions of consultations and treatment at this clinic, namely at doctor Nataliya Marchuk.
I gave the diagnosis and treatment wrongly by delaying the main problem with which I applied, the qualifications as a doctor are clearly lacking, I do not recommend this clinic!!!!!

I sincerely thank you for the humanity, understanding, respect and attention of the clinic staff and nurse Irina, all at the highest level. And I especially thank doctor Victoria Vitaliivna Gudziak for her care, understanding, and support in difficult situations.
