We had, from start to finish, an exemplary experience at Reach with every person we interacted with. From the gals at the front desk, to every nurse we met with, the phlebotomy team, to the folks who answered our endless portal emails, to our dedicated dr., we were treated with care, joy, and laughter. The professionalism from everyone was unmatched. Fertility journeys are complicated and require a lot of effort and paperwork, and each of the staff was helpful, informative and supportive at every step. I couldn't have asked for a better experience. Truly blown away by their staff.

IVF is a long and difficult process. Taylor Holt and her team at REACH kept us informed, answered all of our questions and made the process as smooth as possible. The portal made it very easy to communicate, and the team was always very quick to respond. We welcomed our daughter in November. We are so thankful for REACH and the services they provide.

Patient experienced poor clinic organization, unprofessional treatment, and condescending behavior from staff. Staff member reacted poorly to patient's concerns. Patient felt disrespected and unvalued.

Wish you could give less than a star to bring the score down even lower. 1, be ready for no one at this clinic to actually review your chart before seeing you. Every time I went in, I was asked did you do IVF or IUI, um neither and why couldn’t you take two seconds to look at that before walking in the room. 2. I was booked at the wrong office on Friday (my last appt with them) and then when I showed up to the office that I ALWAYS go to, I was told I was in the wrong and if I could move my work schedule around. No…because my work pays me to then pay you and I already am taking an hour off to be here at the office that I always go to but you booked me incorrectly. I felt like something was wrong and wanted to be seen that day. I guess at a fertility clinic they don’t care that most patients going there have experienced something wrong in the past which is awful because they are a fertility clinic…... their reaction was so crappy and condescending. Then I was seen by a provider (oh you’ll see a different person every appointment btw) who slapped an ultrasound photo down on the table and said “there you’re pregnant! Stop looking for problems!”….wow um I have not been spoken to that way ever by a Dr. Also once again, you work at a fertility clinic where women have gone through issues so we aren’t looking for problems, we are just going off past experiences. He then made me feel awful for asking about symptoms and then proceeded to make me feel like I should be the one apologizing. The nurse looked at me and said I’ll schedule a one week follow up. LOL no you won’t. You guys can go charge some other sorry soul who tolerates being spoken to that way but not me.

We had a great IVF experience at REACH. The nursing team and Grace-Perez were helpful and attentive. Our daughter was born successfully.

IVF is certainly not a fun time but we had a great experience with REACH leading up to the recent birth of our daughter. The nursing team in particular was always helpful/attentive and responded quickly to any questions I had via phone or through the patient portal. Grace-Perez was wonderful and kept us informed every step of the way, often settling our concerns. I would recommend REACH to anyone exploring fertility options.
