Bundled procedure sale! The urologist said one thing during the consultation, but was pressured by the doctor and two days later changed his mind, saying that my husband needed surgery first!!!! We went to 2 other specialists who attested that surgery was not necessary! In addition to the bundled sale, I think the clinic must not have a good enough laboratory to guarantee more specific cases! The doctor's consultation costs R$850.00 in person or R$650.00 online! With a follow-up in 30 days. (Just for comparison, at Mater Prime in SP we pay R$550.00 for an online consultation with a follow-up in up to 90 days)

A very bad experience, to say the least, terrible. To begin with, they seem to focus too much on money, they treat people by the nose, we did an IVF procedure that didn't work, and we received no feedback after the procedure. During the IVF process, an assistant doctor almost couldn't implant the embryo; another doctor had to come in to finish the process. That gives you an idea. I don't recommend them; look for other options if you want humane treatment.

Completely inhumane service. On the day of my transfer, I wasn't even greeted by the team; a WhatsApp message only charged me for the transfer. The service was cold and devoid of any kindness or humanity. We are treated like numbers. At such a delicate time, all we need is empathetic service. We don't get any feedback from the team. They don't even offer a glass of water. We pay so much and are offered so little. It's regrettable. The exception is the nursing staff; they are the ones who save the lamentable service that Pronatus offers. I do not recommend them at all.
