Unfortunately, I have to say that the communication at the reception is often very unpleasant. One of the receptionists reacts irritatedly, especially towards Ukrainian patients. It's a shame, because otherwise I am satisfied with the care, but the approach at the reception seems unprofessional. It is very unpleasant and inappropriate in a healthcare facility environment.

We had three attempts in Germany, which went very poorly. Despite my relatively young age (30), the doctors always said I had very poor egg quality during ICSI in Germany. For our fourth attempt, we switched to Pronatal Nord. The protocol and medication were adjusted, and our cycle results there were excellent. We ended up with four great blastocysts; we'd never gotten that far in Germany. The first transfer worked immediately, and we're expecting our little boy in April. My husband and I highly recommend every couple to take the step to Teplice. The communication was flawless, and the results speak for themselves. :) Many thanks to the Pronatal team for making our dream come true!
