I am delighted with Dr. Gisele's care; it was a pleasure to have my IVF treatment with her. She patiently explained all my doubts, was supportive of my fears and insecurities, and so was the entire team behind her, working to make that moment special. I want to thank everyone from the secretary to the laboratory; thank you so much for your care, love, and dedication!

I didn't like the lab, the service I received wasn't welcoming, it was a very bad experience. I also made a mistake with the medical team at the Datbaby clinic; the doctor who was assisting the attending physician gave me the bad news abruptly, and after that day I had a terrible feeling of grief.

A patient had a very difficult IVF experience at this clinic, including multiple failed attempts, mechanical errors, and cost issues. The doctor and staff were unhelpful and caused emotional pain. The patient is now seeking treatment at another clinic.

I would like to share my experience with the clinic with you. If you dream of being a mother, be careful with the clinic you choose and even the professional! Well, I have been doing the procedures and taking the medications on time and at the prescribed times for almost a year! The first attempt I was prescribed a high dose of menopur 1200, which did not result in anything, the cycle was canceled, the second attempt with a lower dose that resulted in five eggs, I went to the surgical center and had three mature eggs removed, the tests were excellent, the endometrium was perfect as the doctor always praised, the three fertilized eggs stopped developing and the last one stopped developing on the fifth day, the third attempt six mature eggs, which left only two eggs, clarifying that everything has a cost, the cycle was interrupted by the doctor, her secretary insisted on charging the costs including the ultrasounds, so they only released two eggs which were for the genetic study and one egg with problems, leaving only one left, back in the surgical center for the embryo transfer, a few hours after the transfer, I felt cramps, but the doctor said that any symptom I felt would not be pregnancy, so the cramps intensified until on the second day I sent her a message When I asked if it was normal, she told me yes, that it was the effect of the hormones. I already knew that I wasn't pregnant. Then, 9 days later, an employee at the clinic sent me a message asking if I had taken the test and said that it wasn't the day to take it. So, 10 days later, I took the test and it came back negative, as I had already suspected! I sent a message to the doctor and she told me to take it in 14 days, so I did. That was on December 31st, and the result was negative, which is what I had already suspected. I want to report that there was a mechanical error? Since all the tests and the endometrium were perfect! There were 6 mature eggs, only two made it to the fifth day. Could the embryo have been ready for transfer? A very significant loss!! When I went back for a review, I found out that I wasn't pregnant. The secretary charged me for the review!! She said, "Dear, it's a review, not a consultation!" Anyway, what was the doctor's explanation? What I already knew!!! So she referred me, pay close attention, she referred me to another clinic that she says doesn't work, in other words, she dismissed me after having given me all hope! Look for a reliable clinic with professionals who care about the physical and emotional well-being of the patient, study the clinic, see if the clinic is reliable and if it has real resources to make your dream child come true! I paid everything that was charged and I didn't owe anything to the clinic or the doctor!!! I leave this message for you to reflect on and read!! Don't fall like I did!! I will start the whole process again somewhere else and I will have my daughter!! What you do for a child is a dream only a mother knows!!!
