I would like to start with my very kind doctor, Dr. Abdullah Suliman. Everything I went through with him was very smooth from explaining the procedures to helping us understand the things we didn’t understand before. He is extremely kind, and I truly have nothing but good words to say about him.
To the nurses, especially Ms. Precious and Ma’am Rose, who always explained everything clearly and gave me so much encouragement throughout the entire procedure every member of the nursing staff is kind, gentle, and truly takes good care of their patients.
Anyway, I am currently pregnant already, and it is all because of their hard work, dedication to their profession, and genuine love for their patients

Throughout this journey, I never felt like just another case. I felt respected, supported, and truly cared for.
His team deserves just as much recognition. Angel and Precious are incredibly kind and reassuring — always warm, always approachable. Israa at reception keeps everything organized and makes sure you’re never left uncertain about appointments or next steps. And Rose has been a steady guide from the very beginning, offering clarity and support at every stage.
I’m now pregnant, and I honestly cannot express how grateful I am to Dr. Sulaiman and his entire team. What could have been a stressful and impersonal process instead felt guided, compassionate, and hopeful.

I informed your customer service team that I am currently pregnant naturally and that I am exploring IVF with gender selection for a future pregnancy, potentially within 6 months after delivery, if medically possible. My purpose was to understand the clinic’s medical process, timelines, gender selection protocols, success rates, and doctor-recommended recovery periods following natural delivery or C-section, so that I can make a well-informed decision and prepare in advance.
While the initial interaction with customer service was polite, I was later referred to a staff member named Rose. Although she did answer some questions, the overall experience felt unprofessional and uncomfortable.
During the conversation, she repeatedly advised me to “focus on my current pregnancy” and “take care of this child first,” often in response to nearly every question I asked. While this may have been well-intended initially, the repeated commentary was unnecessary and inappropriate. I contacted the clinic strictly for medical and procedural information related to future IVF treatment, not for parenting advice or personal opinions.
Additionally, when I asked about the clinic’s IVF success rates, I was told that “we will manifest,” which I found concerning and unprofessional. I was seeking factual, data-driven information and clinical statistics in order to evaluate the clinic objectively — not motivational or personal beliefs.
Furthermore, when I specifically asked about the doctor-recommended healing period before pursuing IVF after delivery, I was given personal opinions rather than clear medical guidance or confirmation that such recommendations should come directly from the physician. I was also repeatedly made to justify why I was seeking this information while pregnant, which should not be expected of a potential patient.
My family planning choices, including interest in gender selection or twins, are personal matters and should not be questioned or commented on by non-medical staff. My expectation was to receive professional, factual, and medically appropriate information — particularly for something as significant as fertility treatment.
I reached out early because I value planning ahead medically and financially, and because I want to ensure that when I am ready, I have already chosen the right clinic and physician.
I hope this feedback is taken constructively. I kindly suggest that inquiry staff focus on providing objective information and verified medical data, and leave medical recommendations and personal guidance to the treating doctor.
I hope that in the future, all potential patient inquiries are handled strictly as professional inquiries — without providing parenting advice, personal opinions, or non-medical direction, and without attributing guidance to anyone other than the treating physician.
