Recently, I was informed that my former spouse allegedly claimed he was coerced into signing those consents, a claim I dispute. Based on that allegation alone, the clinic is now requiring additional action, despite the existence of valid, signed documentation on file.

However, when I sought to proceed again, I was advised that because the embryos are being transferred to a new cryogenic storage tank, consent requirements have purportedly changed. I did not request any change in cryogenic storage and believe the original consents, executed by both parties, should remain controlling.
I want to be clear that the on-site staff has been kind, supportive, and professional throughout this process, and I understand they are required to follow internal procedures. This review is not a reflection of their care or efforts, but rather of the administrative and policy issues I am now facing.
As a result, I am compelled to seek assistance from a family law attorney to protect my previously established reproductive rights. This situation has caused significant emotional distress and uncertainty, and I am disappointed by how it has been managed.
