The IVF clinic staff expressed concern for patients, helping them reach goals. Dr. Parry and staff offer a supportive environment. Success is seen as steps towards goals.

Throughout my journey, it was hard not to deep dive into the word 'failure'. But my experience has changed my perspective on that word. Every year you work, do you get a promotion at your job? No, right. So, every year you work is a failure? Absolutely not. Every year, you work towards something. Towards a goal. Whether that be towards said promotion, taking care of your parents, building a home, etc. This is not failure, simply STEPS to success. There are always steps to it. Goals to set and reach. Michael Jordan played basketball professionally for 15 years. He won a championship six of those years. So, you'd say the other nine years he was a failure? Absolutely not. There is NO failure! There are good days and bad days. Some days you're able to be successful, and some you are not. One day is your day, and the next for another individual. You may not always win the championship that year, but you take steps toward your goal to reach it the next. There is no failure. Dr. Parry and his staff express profound concern for each patient walking through the clinic doors, and they help you take those STEPS towards your goals.

One of the hardest things to deal with as a woman is infertility. I moved here to Louisiana two years ago and my husband and I immediately started our search for a fertility clinic, this couldn’t have been a better choice for my family and I. They are truly a team of dedicated, professional and caring staff. Their services are unmatched and we truly cannot thank them enough for helping us grow our family by TWO. THANK YOU TO THE WHOLE SHREVEPORT& JACKSON TEAM.

I had a very disappointing experience at this IVF clinic. We started our treatment here last year. After reviewing our medical history, we were given hope that we had a high chance of success. They insisted on having PGT testing, so we had four embryos that were tested. Despite the normal results, all four transfers resulted in failed pregnancies. Throughout this process, there were no changes in medication or attempts to try different approaches. It was a very expensive treatment for us, and we really had a hard time arranging $20,000+ , which felt like money down the drain. Overall, I would not recommend this place because of their one-size-fits-all strategy.

4 years TTC. 3 different OBs that couldn’t find the issue. 6 failed rounds of clomid/letrozole. Then we met our favorite OB/life saver Dr. Berken who found my issue that 3 doctors overlooked one surgery later and a recommendation to Dr. Parry, Positive Steps Fertility for further fertility testing. Dr Parry And Sara found several other underlying issues. 1 attempted iui but I didn’t respond to medicine several procedures and lots of lost hope and breakdowns. we decided to go straight to ivf and we had the best most positive experience. Dr. Parry transferred 1 of our 3 embryos February 27th, 2023 and we are now almost 11 weeks pregnant with our 1st embaby! We can’t be more thankful, blessed and excited! We are so blessed to have been recommended to such a great facility of nurses and Doctors! It was a sad day graduating back to our OB, but we can’t wait to come visit with our Baby come November! Thank you Dr. Parry and the Positive steps Team for everything! EVERYTHING! We will be back❤️

Does Positive Steps Fertility treat single women seeking fertility treatment? expand_more
Positive Steps Fertility explicitly welcomes single women who wish to build a family. The clinic offers tailored pathways that include donor‑egg IVF cycles, intrauterine insemination (IUI) with donor sperm, and the Parryscope® fertility assessment to identify any underlying reproductive issues. Services such as egg freezing and preimplantation genetic testing are also available to help single women preserve fertility and optimize pregnancy outcomes.

Yes, Positive Steps Fertility provides a comprehensive egg donation program for patients who cannot use their own oocytes. The clinic works with a screened donor pool of healthy women aged 21 to 29, ensuring optimal egg quality and a high likelihood of successful implantation. Donor eggs are retrieved, fertilized via IVF (often with ICSI when indicated), and transferred to the recipient’s uterus after thorough uterine evaluation. The program includes counseling, legal consent processes, and coordination of donor screening, aligning with ASRM guidelines to maximize pregnancy rates, which national data show average around 51% live‑birth success per transfer using donor eggs.

What are the IVF success rates at Positive Steps Fertility? expand_more

The clinic attributes these outcomes to its comprehensive approach, which includes personalized ovarian stimulation protocols, meticulous embryo culture, and the option of preimplantation genetic testing (PGT) to select the healthiest embryos. In addition, the use of advanced laboratory practices such as time‑lapse monitoring and strict quality controls helps maintain high embryo viability. While individual success varies by age and diagnosis, the clinic’s overall data demonstrate a strong track record for in vitro fertilization and embryo transfer procedures.
