I cannot recommend POMA enough. The team is compassionate, thoughtful, and truly excellent at what they do. The facilities are beautiful, but what stands out most is the level of care.

After a canceled IVF cycle due to low response that unexpectedly converted to IUI, I am now pregnant. I came to POMA after a failed IVF cycle elsewhere. While IVF outcomes are never guaranteed, how a clinic treats you absolutely matters.

At POMA, I never felt like an inconvenience. I felt supported, respected, and genuinely cared for during one of the most vulnerable times of my life. They combine strong clinical expertise with humanity — which makes all the difference.

If you’re feeling unsure about your current clinic, know that there are excellent, caring options out there.

I’m so grateful I found them. They will forever be part of my journey.

We had no good experience with this clinic. My wife had 2 egg retrievals and they retrieved 17 eggs each time . Surprisingly they could not produce any ambryo .such a waste of time and money . Think twice before going to this clinic.

I had problems with this facility and communication from the beginning. There were issues scheduling my consultation, then the staffed canceled it because I didn’t fill out paperwork that they sent to the wrong email. Instead of being understanding, the front desk employee tried to blame me and fire me as a patient. The only reason I stayed with them is because it takes months to get a new patient appointment at fertility clinics and I didn’t want to wait. I should have listened to my instincts- it still took 4 months before doing a treatment cycle all because of poor communication and a portal that they use which is absolutely the worst. I would send a message and someone would reply (some times up to 48 hours later)- but instead of being able to reply to them, I have to send an all new message which a new person would read and respond to. However, they didn’t communicate with each other so now I’m having the same conversation over and over. And there is no way to call and speak to a nurse. If you leave a voicemail, their policy is to get back to you within 48 hours- once no one responded to my voicemail or portal message for 4 days. Fertility treatment is something where every day counts. They would create treatment plans that would unnecessarily skip a cycle. The staff was never clear on my individual treatment plan created with the physician, so they sent me the wrong instructions on multiple occasions. I had a terrible experience, and will not waste any more time or money with POMA.

POMA Clinic had a good portal system, caring staff and timely responses. A successful IVF treatment with nursing staff help. We are grateful for the experience.

My wife and I tried two cycles of IVF with POMA, and the second one was successful. She is in her late 30s with low AMH. We used her own eggs both times. Their portal system is good, we always got responses back in a timely manner. They genuinely cared about our success. Instructions were easy to follow. Thanks a lot to the nursing staff, Dr. Beesley, Dr. Opsahl, and everyone else at POMA!
