I was a patient at the previous clinic, Oma, before it was acquired by Pinnacle Fertility. Unfortunately, the experience at Oma was incredibly distressing. The doctor at Oma abandoned all her patients, some in the middle of their fertility cycles. It was a nightmare—truly traumatizing. Oma made countless mistakes, and I was left feeling defeated. When Pinnacle Fertility took over, they brought in Dr. Dudley, who turned everything around. He and his team recognized the trauma I had experienced and approached my care with incredible sensitivity and compassion. They handled my intense anxiety with patience and understanding, which was exactly what I needed after the years of frustration and disappointment at Oma. Initially, I considered switching clinics entirely, but I decided to stay because Dr. Dudley is one of the best fertility specialists in the country. Thanks to his expertise, I ended up with a male and female embryo. I chose to implant the little girl, and I’m now almost 12 weeks pregnant! The staff and doctors have been incredible throughout the process. Despite being an anxious patient, they always made me feel supported and never judged. Dr. Dudley is humble, kind, professional, and genuinely shares in your excitement. He immediately put me at ease, and even offered an extra ultrasound to help calm my anxiety. The reviewer had a mixed experience with expensive wait times and technical issues, but found the staff to be friendly and communication to be good.

Beware of "free" consultations. When I didnt move forward due to the doctors racist and derogatory remarks I receive a surprise bill in the mail. Dont trust this office, it is not meant for black people. Dont be fooled by fake reviews

IVF clinic with long waiting times, poor communication, and a high price point. Dr. Lee has a tendency to delay appointments. Patient service was unfriendly.

I cannot explain the joy and appreciation I feel with Pinnacle Fertility. Every time my husband and I had an appt everyone was always friendly, educational, professional, helpful, informative. I could go on and on. Dr. Dudley and his entire staff made us feel at ease and safe. Planning for a baby is an emotional process, but we never felt concerned or unaware with Pinnacle Fertility. We will be forever grateful to them for making this process seamless as we grow our family!

I must begin by saying infertility is definitely hard and the journey is long, but if you can find the RIGHT doctor and TEAM it makes the journey effortless. That’s what I found when I begin my fertility treatment with Dr.Dudley and his amazing staff at Pinnacle Fertility Atlanta. You can call me bias but NO OTHER ATL fertility clinic comes CLOSE to the care that Dr Dudley and his team will deliver. From day one their communication is impeccable, just a simple text message and you receive responses the same day. From the moment you walk in you meet their admin Shay she always has the atmosphere set, then his Ultrasound technicians/phlebotomists Jojo and Kimone so kind and friendly, nursing team Rachel and Brittany always available to answer my questions and the awesome embryologist Kay she helped monitor and culture my precious emb-babies! They are all influential in our journey and I’m so grateful I met them and became successful in my journey. They don’t give up and they are so focus in your treatment and your success. I could write for hours because I’m so grateful, this is my 5th clinic in Atlanta, but the treatment I received was so miniscule ,I never made it past the initial consult for most of them. I just didn’t feel that connection with the other providers and I didn’t feel they were as invested in my journey. I work for a fertility insurance company so my standards are high and Dr Dudley and team set the bar! I’ll continue to brag and share my story. This is the only place I recommend and I hope you call and start your journey here!
