IVF clinic with friendly staff and good communication. Reasonable pricing and long waiting times. Overall positive experience.

Update- I just wanted to take a minute and say I was blown away when ALL 6 of the eggs from my cohert fertilized and became blasts!! I know egg quality comes from the donor, but you can tell how good of care this bank takes of the eggs. I truly can’t thank the wonderful ladies that I worked with at Pinnacle for being a bright light during such a dark time enough! Finding out you have to use a donor egg was a very harsh reality for my husband and I, and the ladies at Pinnacle were so kind and helpful and kept me well informed through the selection process! Their website is filled with everything you would want to know about the donors, and so easy to navigate. I had the pleasure of working with Melanie, Kelly, and Michelle, and they were truly a blessing. I highly recommend this egg bank for anyone that is needing a donor and looking for a passionate care team to make them feel comfortable and heard. Everyone was super quick to response to any questions I had, and I just truly could not be my grateful for Pinnacle Egg Bank!

Michelle and her team at Pinnacle Egg Bank were AMAZING. Michelle answered all my questions and she made me feel at ease during the entire process. I knew the moment I contacted them I was in the right hands. They informed us and kept us in a loop with any updates via email and she walked me through the entire process of purchasing donor eggs. Team work does the dream work when you have Pinnacle Egg Bank by your side to make it happen. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for a great team to work with.

I truly can’t thank the wonderful ladies that I worked with at Pinnacle for being a bright light during such a dark time enough! I wish there is 0 star section. Be aware of this bank with very bad egg quality and strongly recommend do not use Pinncle. I bought 11 eggs with over 40k plus shipping. That 11 eggs had 0 blast and then they gave me 11 replacement eggs which only survived 5 eggs out of 11 from thawing. Luckily, i got 1 blast from 3 fertilized eggs. With paying whole that money for eggs and extra money for processing of ivf, I have only 1 blast from total 22 eggs. They totally have egg quality issues and not worthy paying a big money for that. Just go more cheap bank and get more eggs or guarantee program. Their donor profile looks attractive but that doesn't mean their eggs are good quality. Feel like I scammed from them as my old eggs had better fertilizing rate and blast rate. Find FB group about donor eggs, there are many people got same issues like I had with Pinnacle. I regret I picked Pinnacle before searching enough.

I put an application in to become an egg donor, Unfortunately, the company is missing half an application. I never had the proper chance before they declined me. I never got to put in any health information, genetic information or anything did determine I would be declined.
