Overall the clinic was very welcoming and professional. We found that both male and female doctors did not do a full panel test on my husband's sperm until we had already decided to do IVF. This is after having multiple ineffective tests and procedures over 8 years. We could have had an 8 year old at 30, instead of an 8 month old at 38. Only with the full panel test did we know IVF with ICSI was our only real chance to conceive. Please let patients know this as part of their intake testing, and I'd advise anyone who is a patient to advocate for this.

Overall I had a good experience with PCRM. I feel very fortunate that they helped me have my 2 children. I took off a star because I feel like the price increases from when I first contacted the clinic until now have been a bit extreme. I also had an issue with medication mistakes, that I thankfully had noticed. Nursing was very quick to get me what I needed though. Otherwise, the staff were always very friendly. I never had to wait for too long. Appointments were quick but I always felt like my questions were being answered and they were happy to accommodate my requests. The nurses were very compassionate when it came to bad news. They were also always quick to get back to my messages.

From the first call, PCRM was so incredibly caring and accommodating. Our journey was 3 years long before going to PCRM and I’m so happy they were able to help us. Everyone was warm, welcoming and caring. In September 2025 we welcomed our baby boy into the world conceived through IVF at PCRM Edmonton and we are so blessed and grateful for everything. PCRM found issues missed by our family doctor, missed by our OBGYN and found genetic condition my husband had that we had no idea he had. This work is so important to bring hope to people. It’s not a guarantee but I am forever grateful for the chance to try and even more grateful for this beautiful little life filling our hearts.

PCRM provides exceptional IVF care and support, resulting in pregnancy in 4 out of 6 transfers, despite initial unsuccessful embryo transfers. The staff, including doctors and nurses, were very supportive. IVF success is never guaranteed, but PCRM offers

You never really let yourself believe that you could go through the IVF journey and not come out of it with a baby at the end. We were fortunate to be able to pursue IVF, and I know that if we hadn’t, I would have been left with a lot more regret. Unfortunately, we were unsuccessful with our six embryos, but believe it or not, PCRM was able to get me pregnant during four of those transfers. Before starting IVF, I wasn’t even sure I could get pregnant, so that in itself was comforting and still gives me hope. I had a very positive experience with PCRM , the doctors and nurses provided exceptional care, and I always felt supported throughout the process. IVF is never a guarantee, and at the end of the day, we still have to rely on our bodies and Mother Nature to do their part. But if you’re struggling with fertility, I truly believe PCRM does their absolute best and gives you the greatest possible chance of success.
