What to watch out for at Parens Center of infertility treatment?

  • warning Excessive Waiting Times

Appointments often start 40 minutes to several hours late, and in‑clinic queues for ultrasounds or midwife services can exceed two hours, leading to frustration and wasted travel time.

  • warning Perceived Profit‑Driven Testing

Several patients report being offered numerous additional tests and immediate IVF recommendations without exploring medication or less invasive options, creating a sense that financial gain outweighs personalized care.

  • warning Administrative Miscommunication

Issues such as missed appointment notifications, incorrect scheduling, and lack of clear information about available procedures (e.g., hysteroscopy) have been documented, causing unnecessary trips and stress.

  • warning Inconsistent Doctor Attitudes

While many doctors receive high praise, some patients describe rude or dismissive behavior, especially when expressing concerns or emotional distress, which detracts from the overall patient experience.

Very long waiting times and poor patient care resulted in no chance of IVF after 1 year. Visits were only 10 minutes long. Seminogram tests were clean except for low sperm motility issues.

Waiting time is extremely long. I wonder if the manager of this place do any research to solve it. For every visit at least 1 hour delay. Don’t think that doctors care a lot and that’s why the delay happens. the visits last just 10 minutes. They accept 99 patients per hour. And I have been coming this place for one year. Still no chance of invitro. They give you more and more test. All clean so for. Just my husband’s sperms don’t swim(he did 3 seminogram, and only issue is they don’t swim, other tests all clean, they try to find why don’t swim. But no idea why just they take one sperm and do invitro ) This was my last visit to Parens. I will go and try Krakovi. Regards Cansu

The doctor is very professional, but the queue system is a mistake - the wait for an ovulation ultrasound is 2 hours each time (counting from the time of the appointment).

The reviewer experienced extremely long waiting times (up to 40 minutes) during appointments, considering the clinic more a 'place that rips you off' than a health institution, due to unfriendly payment procedures and a focus on making a profit.

as you can see from a lot of reviews the waiting time is extremely long. and they do not do anything about that solve the issue. I have been there at least 10 times (3 times for semenigrom, 4-5 times doctor visit, for tests) and EVERY SINGLE time I had to wait (everytime I had a appoitment), sometimes even for 40 minutes. There is only one thing they are quick about, and that is payment time. I don't consider this place as health institution but a place that rips you off. They do this because they know we have to do it. They know that we don't have children and they are trying to make the maximum profit by doing whatever they can.
