Positive experience with Dr Denker, but issues with practice manager. IVF treatment was successful with birth in 2025. Grateful for helpful team members.

My journey with PBFC started in 2021 and our baby boy was born in Oct 2025. Long story short, our surrogate did not get pregnant the first time in 2023, so our journey was long with ups and downs. Overall I am grateful for Dr Denker and Dr Kreiner for making our dream coming true, and their team as well. Although most of their team were very professional and nice, I did have some negative experience with their practice manager since the beginning, especially for bills and charges. She was not very communicative and makes things very confusing. Some nurses that I used to work with such as Kristin, Katie, Sonja were very nice. I am sure in very clinic or doctor's office, there are people who did not do their job well. But I would still recommend Dr Denker to those who want to do IVF in South Florida.

Palm Beach Fertility team is very supportive and welcoming. The office environment is calming, and communication is prompt. A very successful IVF cycle led to pregnancy.

My journey at Palm Beach Fertility has been one that I will forever rave about from the very first appointment I felt heard and seen. No questions were left unanswered , Dr Kreiner and Dr Denker the whole team have been so supportive, and put our needs and wants in the fore front whilst still working towards a successful cycle. The office is extremely welcoming the entire from front desk, the medical staff , the sonographer every single one of you were always so engaged at every step of the way played such a critical role in this journey . Jasmine, Morgan, Erika , Eliza, Sonja, Gabby, Noemi, Michele, Jessica, you all really truly made every appointment less stressful. Having access to portal to easily track results , send messages (which were always answered promptly even on the weekends) was always so helpful. With every test you get an update that very day if completed before 10am , they always explained every test and why we were doing it . The office environment is calming and inviting the whole team makes it so warm . Dr Kreiner has the ability to make you laugh and stay relaxed . We are so blessed we are pregnant it has been a journey but happy we ended up at Palm beach Fertility and so excited for the future and continuing the growth of our family. I thank you all enough!

Paid $550 for an ultrasound and AMH testing on my first and only visit, and never received a call back to review/discuss the results. I shall assume I am not a good candidate for treatment.
