By far the worst clinic I delt with. Being expensive does not mean being good. It started off bad when, after I paid them $30,000+, they simply forgot about me for a month. They have great marketing and will make you feel special until they have you. Any time I met with the doctor I felt he was overworked and was reading my chart to remember me while we were meeting. He gave me bad, incorrect information that sent me on an expensive and unnecessary goose chase. Bad surrogate screening too (my candidate was not good but it took a long time to establish something simple leading to a lot of stress and money lost) .The material used was the highest quality but still they got no high quality embryos which never led to a pregnancy. One aspect of the fertility process that is rarely discussed is the embryology labs. My feeling is they the absolute worst lab. Eventually I packed up and moved to a different clinic and got amazing results. Another couple I know had to go through multiple rounds with them (again I think their lab is bad). I also felt like I had to figure it all out on my own. The coordinator was very responsive but I felt I rarely knew the questions to ask and they only offered answers to what I asked. Overall I wasted over $100,000 and got nothing except stress and heartache. I requested a partial refund for the services I did not conclude but of course I didn't get one (didn't expect it) but it would at least have been a conciliatory gesture. There are plenty of clinics out there - avoid this one.

UCLA IVF Clinic has poor service and communication. Long wait times and employees may not be working. Patient complaints may be ignored.

Called to get some information, after calling the listed number, it said dial zero if need additional information, I did dial zero, no one answered, I called a day later someone answered, she said she will send a message and someone will get back to me in 24-48 hours to answer my question, a week later and no one called, so today repeated the whole process to get information about the program! I have had better service from the DMV. Is UCLA hiring too many employees, making sure that no service is provided to the patients? Similar to some government offices, very disappointing, I wonder how they always list high patient satisfaction, are all the patient complaints shoved under the rug? Maybe need to hire fewer employees who actually work!!

Patient had a positive experience with Pacific Fertility Center, with excellent care from Dr. Sahakian and coordinator Stephanie Arroyo. Multiple egg retrievals resulted in good quality embryos and a successful FET.

My journey with Pacific Fertility Center Los Angeles has been just amazing. Dr. Vicken Sahakian is incredibly experienced and also very patient. His treatment plan was exactly right for me. Since I wanted to collect enough good-quality embryos before starting any transfers, I ended up doing multiple egg retrievals here, and each time I got a good number of mature eggs and several euploid embryos. Dr. Vicken Sahakian’s retrieval technique is excellent and I never had any serious OHSS. I had my first natural cycle FET this year and it succussed. I really feel lucky to have had Dr. Vicken Sahakian as my doctor. I also want to give a huge shoutout to my coordinator, Stephanie Arroyo, who honestly has been the best I’ve ever worked with. She patiently walked me through how to do all the injections in person and made sure I felt comfortable. She’s always thoughtful. For example, when she called to share my PGT-A results, she asked if I wanted to know the gender, just in case I wanted to keep it a surprise. She was always kind, responsive, and incredibly supportive, even replying to my messages outside of regular working hours when I had questions. I truly appreciate everything she’s done for me. Thank you to the entire team at Pacific Fertility Center Los Angeles. I’ll always be grateful for your support on this journey.
