Byłam pacjentką w Klinice Ovum, po wielu telefonicznych próbach udało mi się umówić do dr Tkaczuk-Włach, co prawda jak juz byłam pacjentką Pani doktor to co miesięczna wizyta wiązała się z długim oczekiwania na linii telefonicznej, żeby udało się zapisać na kolejną wizytę-taki wyścig z czasem albo uda się zapisać albo nie... od samego początku mojego ,,lecznia" byłam faszerowana różnorakimi lekami, niestety jednak nie przyniosło to żadnego skutku w postaci ciąży. Włożyliśmy konkretnie pieniądze w tej klinice, niestety nie została zdiagnozowana podstawowa przyczy niepłodności... odrazu była zastosowana farmakologia, która była zastosowana pro forma, (a może się uda).

Bardzo polecam klinikę OVUM. Czytając opinię byłam zdziwiona. Klinika na prawdę presperuje opieką na wysokim poziomie. Panie w rejestracje są bardzo miłe i pomocne, korzystałam z wizyt już wiele razy i nigdy nie doświadczyłam braku zainteresowania z ich strony, a opinie, że ciężko się dodzwonić są dowodem,że mają tam bardzo dużo pracy co widać będąc pacjentem. Panie Pielęgniarki i Położne to anioły! Cały personel jest bardzo profesjonalny i miły. Wczoraj miałam punkcję i jestem w pozytywnym szoku, wszystko w miłej atmosferze, sprawnie. Jestem pod opieką Dr Skorupskiej- cudowny lekarz, jej spokój i cudowne podejście dają poczucie bezpieczeństwa. Pozostali lekarze są również postrzegani jako kompetentni i na prawdę godni zaufania. Profesjonalizm i troska o pacjenta na najwyższym poziomie. Z całego serca polecam cały Personel i klinikę OVUM. 💚💛

Niestety, wszystkie opinie o Paniach z recepcji są prawdziwe. Takie osoby nie powinny pracować na stanowisku, które jako pierwsze wpływa na ocenę pacjentów. Oczywiście każdy może mieć gorszy dzień, tyle że tam każdy dzień mają gorszy 😅 W rozmowie telefonicznej uważajcie na swoje wzburzenie, bo recepcjonistki wzburzą się jeszcze bardziej nie mając sobie i swojej pracy nic do zarzucenia. Nie mówiąc już o ich podstawowej wiedzy w temacie in vitro czy orientacji w cenniku. Najgorsza recepcja z jaką kiedykolwiek miałam do czynienia. Gdyby nie to, że przyjmuje w tej klinice moja Pani Doktor to napewno zmieniłabym klinikę. „Uprzejmość” embriologów, również podobna do Pań z recepcji.

Bardzo przykro pisać ale recepcja to jest jeden wielki dramat nie będę specjalnie jechać 80km by się zarejestrować jak byłam u lekarza i chciałam zarejestrować się na kolejną wizytę pań zebrało się z 5-6 tak głośno się śmiały rozmawiały o obiadkach zakupach że Pani która chciała mnie zapisać przez szybę nie słyszała co mówię. Jak telefon dzwoni żadna nie odbierze jedna z nich z tekstem zadzwoni później. Gratuluję kierownictwu takich pracowników. Elita pierwsza klasa. Pierwszy kontakt a recepcja odrzuca swoim podejściem korzystania z Państwa usług.
