Not really impressed. It took several attempts to reach out to them via both email AND phone, with no answer or call back, for me to update my billing information. I would say they don't actually care about getting my money since they're not concerned about returning my phone calls or emails to fix it, except their automated billing emails sure do work quite well... It's been fixed, but next time I won't try so hard to give you guys my money if you don't want it *that* bad.

My husband just received a bill in the mail yesterday (due 1/12/25) for a sperm analysis that he paid for right at time of service back in December. Our insurance doesn’t cover this lab so we paid out of pocket. I was there with him on the day of analysis so I saw him pay for it and he has his bank statement to prove he did for the exact amount they’re billing him for. I was planning on calling and emailing them with our proof to them to clear it up. But based on recent reviews, I’m assuming I’ll be having a difficult time with that until I go in person to fix this situation. They sent the bill so late, it’s probably going to collections and will be harder to get rid of. Get your billing department together. Patients who are already struggling emotionally do not need this attached to their lives as well.

I have been trying to get our storeage account closed for over two months. Signed the documents via email with no confirmation it was closed. Called, after I received a notice from a collection agency, and the woman said she would go ahead and close it. Still no confirmation and if the bill at collections was taken care of. Horrible

What's the deal with *multiple instances* of not informing us of or sending us a bill, blaming it on us for not receiving it, then holding our next services hostages until we pay? Why even have a phone number if you're never going to answer it for us to get these situations resolved?

The customer service representatives aren't very helpful and only respond to very short yes or no questions, or they ignore you, from my experience. It makes me feel uncomfortable contacting them, like I'm annoying them.
