If I had to tell you about my experience at the clinic I would certainly say that it was more than positive, on the other hand I was lucky and got pregnant on the first transfer. The staff at Chianciano were truly very courteous, friendly and empathetic. The two times we were there both my husband and I were delighted. For Rome I can’t say exactly the same thing, appointments are always late, at the reception you are a number, very cold and not at all empathetic with the “customers”/patients. Then considering the emotional status, the often endless wait, it doesn’t help. Nothing to say for Dr. Gangale. An angel, always available, I would make a statue of her… if she hadn’t been there at the beginning of the pregnancy I wouldn’t have known where to put my hands.

It is a perfect combination of the highest professionalism and competence with sensitivity and humanity. We got to know the center of Rome by chance thanks to the open day organized by omnia salute di Roma where we came across a totally different reality compared to other centers we frequented: a variety of skills, including psychologists, were exposed with clarity and professionalism the PMA techniques and the various innovations of the center. Special thanks go to Dr. Gangale, the embryologist Dr. Calabrese and the midwife who accompanied us step by step with care, precision, great detail and with enthusiasm rejoiced with us. We finally felt welcomed as people and not as numbers or ATMs. Thank you very much ❤️.

I don’t usually leave reviews, but in this case I hope to give a contribution to those who are undecided. We had had several initial interviews in both public structures with endless waits that were truly incompatible with the job and waiting lists of at least 8 months and renowned private ones where we felt treated very badly with carelessness and immediately presented with very few possibilities without even seeing the analyzes but with estimates exorbitant and vague! Then the omnia health center was recommended to me by two friends and we immediately went there and felt welcomed, understood, listened to and supported throughout the entire process. Followed step by step throughout the process, including for authorization etc. The documentation provided from time to time after visits, after pickups and transfers etc. It’s very well done, if you read it carefully there’s all the information! All the staff without exception, doctors, paramedics and administrators, have always proven courteous and efficient, especially in Chianciano where the level is very high. During the pickup and transfer, both the doctors and the nurses were sweet and truly went beyond the profession. Never making us feel like hopeless numbers or cases, the path is certainly not a walk in the park, it requires commitment and perseverance, we must try but without getting too carried away. We must be aware that they do not have a magic wand, everything must be taken as an opportunity not an obsession.
I am of the opinion that at a certain point you need to set yourself a limit by accepting reality. Dr. Irollo and Dr. Gangale are tireless and always welcomed us with a big smile! Also available on their personal numbers in case of emergencies. An experience that was certainly heavy from a pharmacological point of view, in my opinion, but otherwise positive and which I would recommend. The waiting times have sometimes been very long, it’s true but it’s also true that the visits, treatments and interventions are guaranteed despite the fact that there are so many of us with fertility problems and no waiting lists despite having an agreement so the long waits are the last of our problems. Unfortunately there are costs among the many tests, visits and medications in addition to the procedure itself, but unfortunately they are required by law. I would also like to say a word about the opportunity for psychological listening, the importance of which I recognize and have appreciated. The only aspect that I would improve based on my experience is during the first months of pregnancy, where my ailments were neglected in the face of the fact that everything was going well, I could have been looked after a little better.

It was through a review read on Chianciano salute that I was convinced to rely on this centre.
So I hope that my words can positively influence those mothers who feel discouraged and afraid, transmitting to them courage and strength and the desire to try.
A PMA journey is not a walk in the park, you have to be ready to commit and take risks without getting too carried away.
Take it all as a great opportunity, not an obsession.
Give yourself a limit.
I look at my little ones in their cots, I think about what my life would have been like if I hadn’t taken the risk. If that day I hadn’t chosen Chianciano Salute despite my doubts due to the distance from the centre.

I had decided not to write but to only give my 5 stars because both Omnia Roma and Omnia Chianciano deserve them all. Then I read some reviews which in my opinion are absolutely false and only aimed at discrediting these wonderful centres. My husband and I embarked on the PMA journey and in December we received the best Christmas gift of our lives thanks to the OMNIA Center and Dr. Alfonso Maria Irollo. They are all wonderful, from the health workers to the administrators. The follow up after the procedure was also amazing. They called to find out how I was and how it had gone and a psychologist is always at our disposal. They are ANGELS… the angels of those who want a child, always sweet and courteous and as far as it costs… they are null and void because they have an agreement with the NHS. I’ll be back for the second baby! Well done everyone!
