Nursing communication is excellent, shout out to Eileen! I was a frequent (and anxious) emailer and always received same day responses.
Their IVF coordinators, currently Desiree and previously Victoria, are incredible. Extremely professional and empathetic discourse was exchanged throughout all 4 of my embryo transfers at Oasis.
Keep in mind when reading reviews that it is usually the people who are upset that post reviews, and less often people who had good or great experiences.
Thank you for allowing us to complete our family of 4 ❤️

To make a long story short, three embryos didn’t work for us, and we accepted that. what really hurt us was going through medications and then having cycles canceled—three times! The reason for cancellation each time was that my lining was too thick—14mm! It hurt me so badly because of all the medications I had to take.
"Dr. Pirwani should already know the flow of my cycle after the four cycles he's attempted, but he lacks in studying his clients' profiles, and this is the cause of the cancellations!" there were no consistent check-ups! And every check-up cost us money; every cancellation cost us a grand! Yes, they prioritized their profits over the success of their clients!. Twice they prescribed me the wrong medications, and that made me furious! This fertility clinic is incompetent! They should close! And this clinic is like a market, everyone is yelling!
This clinic has only one doctor, and that’s why there’s so much misinformation—they don’t take the time to study their clients’ profiles. Their supervisor lacks knowledge as well!
Do not go here if you don’t want to end up crying and wasting your time and money!

Considering the high cost of every test, the long wait times, and how long it took to actually proceed with the IUI, Im left feeling very disappointed. I have no known fertility issues other than needing the donor sperm. I was warned very close of the time of the iui that my cycle could be cancelled ( without refund) if my body produced too many follicles ( from the unneeded medications i needed) , which caused a lot of stress.
When the day of the IUI arrived, I was shocked and frustrated to learn that the donar sperm after washing was such a low number that it would pretty much be almost an impossible number to get pregnant ( either way they would have proceeded ) This was especially upsetting because I was not the limiting factor in this cycle, yet I still had to go through every test and appointment the same as anyone else with fertility issues known or not.
Overall, I felt like I was just giving my money away. On top of that, the true cost ended up being far more than initially communicated, as medications alone were over $800 each which is not clearly emphasized upfront.
In the end, I feel I wasted a significant amount of time and money on things that were unnecessary. You pay hundreds of dollars for 5 minute appointments that are often late . I genuinely believe this cycle could have worked if adequate donar sperm had been used (that you pay for ) and at least if It didnt work I would had paid for a fair shot
I hope future patients are given more transparency and individualized care (espesically sinse its more people with infertility issues) they can make fully informed decisions before committing financially. Because honestly I think they are just robbing people's money and its really sad that they dont tell you all the things that can go wrong on their end that will effect the outcome or that they dont garentee the sperm is a good / possible number at least. This is just another broken and unfair system and i will not be trying again threw them.

We were initially told the test would cost $300, then at the time of payment, it increased to $350 with no clear explanation. Afterward, we received only a very basic scan of one-page result, with no explanation of what the results meant.
I called the clinic to book a follow-up appointment to understand the results and discuss next steps. The receptionist told me that no explanation is included and that we needed to speak with our family doctor. I explained that we do not have a family doctor, and there was still no assistance offered. I was told the only option was to pay extra to see one of their doctors.
This is extremely frustrating. We paid $350 for a fertility test, yet the clinic would not even provide a brief explanation or guidance on the results unless we paid more. For a fertility clinic, this lack of support and transparency is unacceptable.
Based on our experience, it feels more focused on charging fees than on patient care. I would not recommend this clinic.
