Patients experience delayed or absent replies to emails, portal messages and phone calls. Test results, prescription confirmations and referral updates are often received weeks later, causing anxiety and treatment delays.

  • warning Appointment Punctuality Issues

Appointments are frequently late, cancelled or rushed. Reports include waiting several hours past scheduled times, doctors arriving late, and brief, impersonal consultations that leave patients feeling unheard.

  • warning Administrative Errors and Billing Confusion

Common problems involve missed prescription faxes, incorrect billing, unexplained fee changes, and requests for payment for services that should be covered by public health, leading to financial frustration.

  • warning Pressure for Optional Tests

Several patients describe being urged to undergo costly, non‑mandatory procedures such as sonohysterograms, with the clinic initially labeling them as required before later retracting the claim.

  • warning Inconsistent Medical Oversight

Instances of misdiagnosis, prescribing allergic medications, neglecting thyroid monitoring, and using outdated IVF technology (e.g., day‑3 embryo transfers) raise concerns about clinical consistency and safety.

We had a great experience at Oasis Fertility. I had my daughter in October 2023 from our very first embryo transfer at Oasis. We had two failed FETs in 2025 when trying for our second child. I am now currently pregnant from our 3rd FET due October 2026. There is going to be failed transfers no matter where you go, most failing simply due to the embryo and outside of everyone's control. Dr P was willing to tweak my protocol for the last FET, listened to my input, and it worked.

Nursing communication is excellent, shout out to Eileen! I was a frequent (and anxious) emailer and always received same day responses.

Their IVF coordinators, currently Desiree and previously Victoria, are incredible. Extremely professional and empathetic discourse was exchanged throughout all 4 of my embryo transfers at Oasis.

Keep in mind when reading reviews that it is usually the people who are upset that post reviews, and less often people who had good or great experiences.

Thank you for allowing us to complete our family of 4 ❤️

Do not go to this IVF clinic! Our experience was a nightmare! We transferred here because we thought we could get better treatment, but it was a huge, huge mistake! We thought its a private so we can get what we are looking but it’s a Big mistake!
To make a long story short, three embryos didn’t work for us, and we accepted that. what really hurt us was going through medications and then having cycles canceled—three times! The reason for cancellation each time was that my lining was too thick—14mm! It hurt me so badly because of all the medications I had to take.
"Dr. Pirwani should already know the flow of my cycle after the four cycles he's attempted, but he lacks in studying his clients' profiles, and this is the cause of the cancellations!" there were no consistent check-ups! And every check-up cost us money; every cancellation cost us a grand! Yes, they prioritized their profits over the success of their clients!. Twice they prescribed me the wrong medications, and that made me furious! This fertility clinic is incompetent! They should close! And this clinic is like a market, everyone is yelling!
This clinic has only one doctor, and that’s why there’s so much misinformation—they don’t take the time to study their clients’ profiles. Their supervisor lacks knowledge as well!
Do not go here if you don’t want to end up crying and wasting your time and money!

My experience at Oasis Fertility Clinic was not as positive as I had hoped. Forever i had a problem with my boyfriend having low sperm count. So this was the reason I choose to do iui with donar sperm.
Considering the high cost of every test, the long wait times, and how long it took to actually proceed with the IUI, Im left feeling very disappointed. I have no known fertility issues other than needing the donor sperm. I was warned very close of the time of the iui that my cycle could be cancelled ( without refund) if my body produced too many follicles ( from the unneeded medications i needed) , which caused a lot of stress.
When the day of the IUI arrived, I was shocked and frustrated to learn that the donar sperm after washing was such a low number that it would pretty much be almost an impossible number to get pregnant ( either way they would have proceeded ) This was especially upsetting because I was not the limiting factor in this cycle, yet I still had to go through every test and appointment the same as anyone else with fertility issues known or not.
Overall, I felt like I was just giving my money away. On top of that, the true cost ended up being far more than initially communicated, as medications alone were over $800 each which is not clearly emphasized upfront.
In the end, I feel I wasted a significant amount of time and money on things that were unnecessary. You pay hundreds of dollars for 5 minute appointments that are often late . I genuinely believe this cycle could have worked if adequate donar sperm had been used (that you pay for ) and at least if It didnt work I would had paid for a fair shot
I hope future patients are given more transparency and individualized care (espesically sinse its more people with infertility issues) they can make fully informed decisions before committing financially. Because honestly I think they are just robbing people's money and its really sad that they dont tell you all the things that can go wrong on their end that will effect the outcome or that they dont garentee the sperm is a good / possible number at least. This is just another broken and unfair system and i will not be trying again threw them.

The appointment itself was easy and quick to book, which we appreciated. However, our experience with the sperm analysis was very disappointing.

We were initially told the test would cost $300, then at the time of payment, it increased to $350 with no clear explanation. Afterward, we received only a very basic scan of one-page result, with no explanation of what the results meant.

I called the clinic to book a follow-up appointment to understand the results and discuss next steps. The receptionist told me that no explanation is included and that we needed to speak with our family doctor. I explained that we do not have a family doctor, and there was still no assistance offered. I was told the only option was to pay extra to see one of their doctors.

This is extremely frustrating. We paid $350 for a fertility test, yet the clinic would not even provide a brief explanation or guidance on the results unless we paid more. For a fertility clinic, this lack of support and transparency is unacceptable.

Based on our experience, it feels more focused on charging fees than on patient care. I would not recommend this clinic.

6 years my partner and I struggled with infertility. Started looking down the IVF route and found oasis, our first mistake was not looking harder for more clinics. Made us feel like the most important people in the world once we started and that’s when the cash avalanche started. After multiple failed attempts due to being pumped full of drugs that weren’t needed, to spending THOUSANDS for cancelling transfers, to being dodged whenever we needed answers but only getting responses when they wanted payment for something. $200 just to send a prescription that never works, are you serious? Wait times to see a doc for your appointment is equivalent to waiting at the hospital, so make sure you have nothing else planned for those days cause there’s a 99.9% change you won’t make it. Decided to look abroad and beyond happy we did, found a place that offered 100% money back if it didn’t work. It’s been a year since our last failed transfer with Oasis and not a single phone call, email, carrier pigeon or anything until today asking for money(shocker) for an embryo we didn’t even know we still had. The clinic in Mexico was still by far cheaper(flights, hotels, food, all separate) but still everything together was still cheaper than our sad attempt at Oasis. The Mexico doc tried keeping us as natural as possible which I’m happy to say worked due to the fact we are now expecting rather than being pumped full of drugs and turned into a pin cushion for injections. We were diagnosed as a male fertility case, not once were we offered supplements or any medication to help us boost our chances before doing IVF with oasis. Meanwhile out dr in Mexico had us on a handful of simple vitamins to help with egg and sperm quality for 4 months before egg retrieval and the sperm sample came back great or better than average. One of the hardest things to ever deal with ontop of spending so much money on it, you shouldn’t feel like a burden asking for help or advice and only seen as an ATM. Would give less than 0 stars if possible.
