IVF clinic experience was marred by a doctor's unfriendly demeanor. Despite the poor doctor-patient interaction, the couple had two healthy children without assistance. The review is negative and not recommended.

In 2019, we went there because, after four years of trying to conceive, our desire was still so strong that we wanted help. The receptionists and staff during the treatment were incredibly kind and friendly. Then came the shock: the doctor was incredibly unfriendly. According to her, we would never have children because, in her opinion, I was far too overweight for fertilization, and so was my husband. Yes, I was overweight, but that could have been phrased more kindly. Well, today we have two healthy children, all without any assistance. Based on my experience, I would never go there again.

The reviewer had a very negative experience with Novum, describing it as a money-making scheme. They highly recommended Düsseldorf University Clinic and Gelsenkirchen Fertility Center. The reviewer wishes everyone the best of luck.

All I can say is, stay away. It's the biggest money-making scheme, nothing more. You'll only realize that after you've decided on a different clinic. So save yourself the trouble of going to Novum 👎🏼. Düsseldorf University Clinic and Gelsenkirchen Fertility Center are both amazing. Just get some advice; even there you'll see the difference. I wish you all the best of luck. 🍀

Review was negative due to poor phone system and lack of email response.

Unfortunately, I have to give a negative review. It's impossible to get through by phone; music plays for a while, and then the call is disconnected. I've called several times. I haven't received any response to my emails to clarify my issue.
