Egg‑donation cycles include a guarantee of at least two blastocysts for transfer, and the laboratory uses the same advanced IVF protocols—ICSI, time‑lapse monitoring and Cryotop vitrification—as in autologous cycles, ensuring high implantation potential.

Embryo culture is monitored with time‑lapse incubators, specifically the Embryoscope+ (Vitrolife) and the Geri system (Biomedx), which capture continuous developmental images for optimal selection. In addition, the clinic’s insemination programmes report pregnancy probabilities of 15‑25 % with partner semen (IAC) and 20‑30 % with donor semen (IAD).
