I am very grateful that I chose this clinic to solve my problems with conception. Professional approach from reception, through nurses to doctors. Professionals in their place, very helpful and empathetic behavior, the patient is informed about everything and can ask questions. Although it took a year with the gynecologist without results, here one hormonally stimulated cycle was enough and she managed to get pregnant naturally. Most of all, I thank Dr. Hulvert, who took me under his care, and I owe it to him that it was possible. Don't worry about the changes going on there right now (name changes, light personnel changes, etc.), it can be confusing, but it's definitely for the better.

First, the clinic lost its best doctor under mysterious circumstances, apparently something was demanded of him that he didn't agree with. And soon, as his patient, I was informed that I was being eliminated because they "didn't have the capacity" for me. "Not having the capacity" actually means that the clinic only wants to do reproductions, for which tens of thousands are collected from the state and directly from the patients for the procedure. The clinic is not interested in healthy patients, because nothing can be gained from healthy patients, and even the annual membership fee of CZK 2,000 was not enough for them.

The review was written by a partner (Prague clinic): Considering that this is a private clinic, we really expected much more. What can be highlighted is the attitude of our doctor (Dr. Polášková) and nurses, the environment of the clinic and the equipment. However, what cannot be overlooked are the serious errors that occurred during the few months that we have been visiting the clinic. We got the impression from the clinic that the right hand doesn't know what the left is doing. For example, a friend was at a collection and the employee forgot to stick a label on the bottle indicating who the material is intended for!!!!! Furthermore, she was not able to explain why he should undergo another blood test, which was done three days ago. With every step she took, she drew information from a "guide" according to which she proceeded. Her whole behavior seemed very confused, unprofessional and we dare say that the feeling from this worker was that the management of the clinic "madam" hired her on the street on the same day, without proper training. The laboratory assistant did not know that after the agreement with the doctor, it was necessary to take several samples, so they did not want to order it again, as they said they had created a standard number of doses. Well, just confusion on top of confusion. We also had an extended genetic examination, the results of which should be available in about 6 to 8 weeks (it is done at a clinic in Pilsen). After an agreement with the doctor, we checked by phone before the next visit whether the results were already in (so that we would not go unnecessarily). We called the clinic and they couldn't tell us if the results were already in - they said someone would call us during the day. In a few hours, someone from the clinic called to say that the results are in and it should be fine, but the doctor, who will call at the beginning of next week, will tell us more. However, that did not happen. However, thinking that we already had the results, we went for a consultation. There we learned that the results were not. This caused the entire procedure to be postponed by another month :( The results came via email only after 10 weeks. When we came to the clinic again about two weeks later, saying that they were supposed to give us medication to start the IVF cycle, surprisingly they still didn't have the results at the clinic! They had to I forwarded them to the nurse by email. In addition, the doctor from Pilsen decided to issue the drugs based on a telephone agreement (the drugs had to be issued earlier than planned and there was no doctor available at the clinic in Prague at that time who could look at the records and make a decision ), while this doctor did not know at all that without the results of the genetics, the IVF cycle cannot be started... If we did not have the results in the email, not only would we have come to the clinic completely unnecessarily (I can't even imagine what it would be like for people who don't live in the area Prague like us), but everything would be moved by a month again :( We preferred a private clinic over a state clinic for the reason that we would ensure a professional and human approach and thus avoid unnecessary stress, unfortunately we were met with incomprehensible misconduct almost every time we visited. However, it's not just a human factor failure that can happen anywhere and can be addressed (which it probably did, as we never met the employee in question at the clinic and the rest of the staff are very knowledgeable), but obviously the main problem is that the connection of systems between individual parts of the clinic does not work at all, let alone between the workplace in Prague and Pilsen. I was also surprised that I did not undergo some examinations with my doctor, but with another doctor - I understand that the doctor must always be there, but I was not informed about it... moreover, the doctor did not have an overview of my records. He asked me about things that were in the card and to which I had no way of knowing the answer - for example, what is my hormone level, why will the material be frozen for the future after the collection, etc. I can say that he derailed me so much that I was not able to put together a sentence (yes, the hormones I take are also to blame, but even more so, the doctors' approach should be more sensitive)... The only reason we stayed at the clinic is our doctor - if it weren't for her, we would have been looking for a new clinic a long time ago. I believe this review will help improve the services provided.

So overjoyed to have our little miracle It was my dream to have another child. We tried for 10 years without success. Then I came across YOUR site on the Internet, contacted YOU and also got answers. On September 2nd, 2020 we got to know YOU, during an initial consultation, and I got the medication for the cycle. September 29th, 2020 was the day I was looking forward to. We saw our embryos and were very close to tears. The transfer went well. The coming days were long, waiting for testing to see if everything worked. After 14 days the pregnancy test showed positive and I couldn't hold back my tears. We were happy and content until one day when the bleeding started. A world shattered for us. But YOU and EVA helped me a lot. YOU were always there for us during this time, by email, by phone. Much crying and worrying was the order of the day. One of our miracles stayed with me. Feeling them kicking in my stomach is simply indescribably beautiful. The day of the birth of our miracle came, everything went too fast but we are so overjoyed to hold our little miracle in our arms. Seeing her smile every day and just holding her in your arms, watching her grow no one can describe how beautiful it is. We thank YOU so much for everything and we will be back next year to have another sibling through YOU.
