Why choose NewLife Fertility Centre?

  • check_circle Empathetic Medical Team

The doctors provide clear explanations and compassionate guidance throughout treatment. Dr. Shefali Bansal is highlighted for her reassuring approach, while Dr. Salim Daya and Dr. Faruqi are noted for thorough assessments that led to successful pregnancies. Patients repeatedly credit the medical team with restoring hope during emotionally challenging periods.

  • check_circle Professional Front‑Desk & Nursing Staff

Receptionists such as Ramanpreet, Jasmeet, and Upasana consistently deliver polite, organized service, handling inquiries and scheduling with efficiency. Nurses and ultrasound technicians, especially Syeda, are described as kind, knowledgeable, and responsive, ensuring smooth blood work and imaging processes.

  • check_circle High Pregnancy Successes

Multiple patients report conceiving after treatment cycles, including first‑time pregnancies after five years and rapid conception following health monitoring with Dr. Faruqi. These outcomes underscore the clinic’s effective fertility protocols and individualized care plans.

The clinic environment is repeatedly described as clean, welcoming, and well‑structured. Appointment rooms, waiting areas, and treatment spaces are kept tidy, contributing to a comfortable experience for patients undergoing sensitive procedures.

What to watch out for at NewLife Fertility Centre?

  • warning Chronic Doctor Wait Times

Appointments with Dr. Vishal Bedi frequently extend two to four hours beyond the scheduled slot, with patients often waiting over an hour before the doctor arrives. This pattern of tardiness is reported across several visits and contributes to significant inconvenience for pregnant or working patients.

  • warning Inconsistent Appointment Management

Virtual consultations and in‑person visits are sometimes delayed by 2–3 hours, and several appointments have been cancelled without prior notice. The clinic’s policy of allowing long waiting periods for new consults creates scheduling challenges for patients balancing work commitments.

  • warning Additional Unexplained Fees

Patients have been charged extra for accessing medical reports ($65) and for returning expired medication ($75), often without clear justification. These unexpected costs add financial strain during an already stressful treatment journey.

  • warning Communication Gaps in Follow‑Up

There are reports of incomplete lab result delivery, delayed follow‑up after ultrasounds, and staff unfamiliarity with patient records. In some cases, patients had to provide their own hospital reports because the clinic failed to retrieve or communicate the results promptly.

I wish i could give zero rating to this clinic. It was my first time with them and i did my Day 3 ultrasound and bloodwork for which I didn’t even get my report. Also they booked me for dye test/HSG on day11 and i paid $50 for catheter disposal and i think they are not going to refund it even if i cancel my appointment. So on day 3, one of the nurse told that your husband needs to do semen analysis before or on day 11. So i asked receptionist to book appointment with me so we both will come. She said, your husband don’t need appointment. He just needs to follow the instructions before analysis which he did and was ready to go with me. I confirmed today on February 03, day before my appointment that still he has no need for appointment because we have to take some hours off from work. And one of their staff replied on email that you can’t come walkin, you have to book appointment. And my husband already told at his work that he will come late so they can ask another person to come earlier for his replacement. After that, i sent emails to them again that book appointment for him at same time with me. Otherwise cancel my all appointments and send my reports to me and they did not reply any email after that. So it clearly states that you don’t care. You just collecting money by some tests and doing your experiments on patients.
First of all, those who come to fertility clinic, they are already in stress and these staff and clinic, they doesn’t care about time, money and health of patient from which mental state they are going. The nurse that met after my ultrasound on Day 3 told me to do all test of me and my husband, then after Dr. Bedi will met you again. So i will go through all the stress without any reason.
