Disappointed by the lack of continuity and personal attention.. I recently had an experience with this clinic and, unfortunately, I cannot recommend it. Every time I went to my appointments, I found a different doctor, which is especially problematic for such sensitive matters. With the significant sum of money spent, I felt more like a number than a patient. Although I recognize that the professionals do their job well and that the prices are more competitive than other clinics, I missed the personal and human treatment that I would have liked. Continuity in care is fundamental, and unfortunately I didn't find it here. I hope that in the future they can improve this aspect, because the relationship between doctor and patient is crucial.

Very positive experience at New Era IVF. Excellent staff and treatment. Some delays and long waiting time occurred.

I want to leave a super review, super deserved for the hospitality, professionalism and humanity found in this clinic, without excluding anyone from the team starting from the administrative part of Viola, to the nursing service to the medical one to the biologist one... I come from 4 natural abortions, plus 6 fertilizations in different and other structures, thanks to Dr. Plot and Dr. Munich, I had the opportunity to give it a try in their clinic, regardless of the result obtained, and my rainbow arrived in one and only attempt. But I repeat regardless of this, I truly congratulate you from the bottom of my heart and thank you for making me feel like a woman and mother before I even became one and not just a number...

I started a journey with this clinic in November and I must say that it was fabulous. Prof.Monaco is uniquely sweet, not to mention his assistant Viola. Finally, after a long time, they gave us a very important gift: being parents. I recommend it to everyone, truly the best ❤️

IVI Roma Casilino

IVI Rome is widely regarded as a leading IVF centre that combines state‑of‑the‑art facilities with a highly skilled and empathetic medical team. Doctors such as Dr. Cozzolino, Dr. Mariani, Dr. Gebbia, Dr. Massaro and Professor Pellicer are repeatedly highlighted for their professionalism, clear communication and personal support throughout complex cycles. Administrative and nursing staff—including Giusy, Rosa, Giulia and Sandra—are praised for prompt, friendly assistance and consistent availability, creating a family‑like atmosphere that eases emotional stress. Success stories frequently mention first‑attempt pregnancies and successful egg‑donation cycles, reinforcing the clinic’s reputation for effective treatment protocols. However, several patients note that the centre’s fees are among the highest in the market, with limited upfront cost transparency, and that occasional organizational lapses—such as frequent doctor changes, chaotic scheduling and occasional harsh communication—can undermine confidence. Overall, IVI Rome is recommended for its clinical expertise and supportive environment, provided prospective patients are prepared for the financial commitment and potential administrative challenges.
