Horrible experience with this clinic. Disorganized, told the wrong thing multiple times, and very obvious that the only thing they care about is collecting your money. We aren't moving forward with them and I'm upset we wasted so much time. However good the doctors are, it doesn't matter if the office itself is a mess.

Unable to get a response to any of my emails. I would not suggest going with this company.

The most horrific experience trying to donate embryos. No follow up, no returned emails or phone calls. Actually had to take time off from work to go to their office just to get a response. Once I get there, I’m made to wait 25 minutes for the head of the office to see me. Overcharged for embryo storage even though we are donating. No follow up yet again. It’s difficult enough to go through IVF. Years later to make a decision to donate thinking you are doing the right thing only to have these people make you relive the stress and pain of losing a child once again by not having any common courtesy to follow up. I’m disgusted and disappointed.

My husband and I had embryos created in 2022 at NEFI. We had a positive experience until this year. It very much seems that once NEFI takes your money, they don't care about your experience or journey at their clinic. We reached out to them recently to discuss donating our embryos, and we have had the most challenging time getting in touch with them. We finally did hear back, with just days to spare until we were charged for another year of storage, and NEFI said they would delay our payment until paperwork was signed re: the embryo donation. After a few more weeks of lack of communication on their part, we were charged for another year of storage this morning. And, naturally, NEFI has not returned our messages. We will be initiating a chargeback with our bank first thing in the morning. We are extremely disappointed with the complete 180 in customer experience after we paid them a sizeable sum for our embryos.
