Professional attitude and personalized treatment offered by Dr Berza and clinic. Very good experience with partially remote solutions. Compared favorably to some Central Europe clinics.

Very good experience. Professional attitude and also possibility for partially remote solutions and support. The clinic and Dr Berza offers very personalized and targeted treatement and advice. Nothing to do with the attitude and service level in some Central Europe clinics. You feel at ease and well accompanied

I had an operation at the clinic, hydrocele ... I waited a month, it remained the same plus a scar. I don’t know what they did to me.

Terrible experience with administrator. She mixed up the appointment and signed me up for the wrong date, when I came in for my appointment she tried to tell me that I was wrong, because she had made an appointment for another day, I understand that this can happen, but her attitude was arrogant. After I waisted my time, she did not apologise, which was very rude. Only the best experience with the doctors. At the end, the doctor had to deal with it, and that is not her job...

"Frustrated by Scheduling Issues Despite Promising Initial Consultation"

We have already been to the first consultation, passed the tests, we have a specific treatment plan. You have to see the doctor on specific days, but when you call them there are no places, wait for the next month because we are all on vacation. In the consultation, the doctor Natalija Birza says "call and they will sign you up right away", but the practice says nothing.

"Disappointing Experience with Dr. Maris at Myclinic: Unprofessionalism and Lack of Support Derailed My Journey to Parenthood."

Let me tell you right away that I did not use the services of this clinic due to certain reasons, which I will now describe. So, there were several visits to Myclinic, one joint visit with my husband, and several more for my husband’s tests and my visit for an ultrasound to Dr. Maris Arais. As I understand it, he is the founder or owner of the clinic, in fact the head doctor. The first impression is positive. The doctor is smiling and positive. BUT. During the communication process, there were unpleasant sayings regarding everything that my husband and I said. The first thing is that I am from Russia and I told this, I said what examinations I did there, what they told me. Doctors in Moscow, and the best gynecologists in the country, strongly recommended that I remove the polyp that was preventing conception, and they confirmed this. Dr. Maris said that in Russia, to put it mildly, doctors are stupid and reproduction there is different, not like in Europe!! And that you don’t need to remove anything, because it doesn’t interfere with conception in any way. Spoiler, as it turned out in the future, other doctors in Riga confirmed this unanimously. The polyp INTERFERES with conception and the embryo CAN attach to it or next to it, which leads to irreversible consequences. Be careful when you contact this doctor, it can ruin the life of you and your child. Dr. Maris performed an ultrasound on me very rudely and unpleasantly and it lasted 1.5 minutes. It was noticeable how tense and negative he was at the time of the ultrasound. This doctor said that I think incorrectly, that I am negatively inclined, that unlike my husband, who perceives information adequately, I do not do that. The doctor unequivocally hinted where I was from and that everything was different there, it was bad there and hinted in every possible way about what kind of doctors and people there were. This was pure nationalism and unprofessionalism. The doctor told me that everything was bad according to the tests with my husband, that we might never have children, because first: eggs are difficult to survive and it is not a fact that they will be obtained, second: embryos may turn out to be of poor quality and may also die. Third: pregnancy itself may not occur. With every reason listed why it wouldn't work, the mood got worse and worse. How can a man say such a thing to a woman who is dealing with such a problem. This is simply unthinkable. I then came to my senses for several months. This very strong conversation brought me a nervous breakdown and long-term stress. This is what definitely harms conception! And the doctor contributed to this in every possible way. I understand that he was listing what is true! I understand the risks and reasons, but purely from a human perspective, it was very painful to hear and the doctor simply snatched away our hope of being parents. That is, he did his best to set me and my husband up for a sad outcome, of course I sat there and my eyes were already wet. I flew out of the clinic and simply burst into tears from everything this doctor said. I also inform you that my husband’s tests, which he did in this clinic, were not carried out accurately and we then had them repeated in another clinic. The results were significantly different from those in the clinic. This was the reason why we did not choose this clinic. The residue remained for life. A few months after my mental state returned to more or less normal from my interaction with this doctor, we went to another clinic. I won’t name names so as not to advertise. Now we have a wonderful child who is 9 months old and we got it right the first time! After the polyp is removed, of course!
