We do not recommend this clinic, we never heard back from the doctor who was supposed to call us the following week to begin the process over a period of 4 months.

We had a first pregnancy about 3 years ago and were satisfied with the services received. We contacted the clinic again to begin the process for a 2nd pregnancy.

We were told that there were delays of around a month. After a month we called the clinic again, we will receive a call this week from the doctor that he told us. No call, we called back several times, the secretary always told us that the doctor would call us back that week and that she would hand over our file to him.

After 4 months without a return call, with always the same excuse from the secretary, we lost confidence. We changed clinics.

We understand that there may be delays but the least we can do is give a clear deadline in complete transparency to our patients. In a fertility context, where time is of the essence the older you get, it is unacceptable to lie to patients in this way.

I had a very nice experience. With Dr. Neal and Dr. Oulilal. I don’t remember the spelling of his name very well. I contacted the clinic for the first time at the beginning of 2017 and at the end of 2018 I had my son from insemination. Two years later, still with the same doctors and the same protocol, I had my twins. I was always treated very well, respected and I requested my appointments from the opening and they always scheduled me among the first patients of the day.

I do not recommend this clinic I had a bad experience. They gave me an appointment after 6 months of waiting for the 23rd and I had to take leave to wait for the call but ultimately no call or explanation I wrote to them and I called the secretary she told me several times I’ll take your name and I’ll call you back tomorrow no response even after a week

A very bad experience, I strongly advise you not to go for a consultation. Not only do they not take appointments seriously, but also when you ask the reason for this negligence, the secretary responds with it’s not me who takes care of her she means dates.
It’s not human to do this to people who wholeheartedly and eagerly look forward to having their very first child.

My name is Verline Joseph I want to share my experience with all women who wish to realize their dreams of becoming a mother at all costs I strongly advise against this clinic! My story is very long and disturbing but I will give you a summary! I started my fertility treatment with them in September 2024 in October I followed the protocol that the doctor had put in place for me to the letter during my follicular puncture I had 19 follicles including 7 mature which were fertilized the same day, the next day they called me to tell me that the 7 had been fertilized, two days later Doctor Neal called me to tell me that the 7 had survived so far, including 5 good quality, he was supposed to call me the following Monday of this week to tell me how many of the 7 had reached the blastocyst stage basically viable embryos and ready to be transferred he did not do so, so Tuesday at During the day a nurse called me to tell me that in the end they only ended up freezing 2 embryos. I didn’t understand how we were able to go from 7 embryos on track to two frozen embryos. Anyway, see you next time. appointment with the doctor he told me that he cannot transfer me right away because I suffer from oocyte hyperstimulation which could be dangerous for me, so on November 2 I had my period so we were able to resume to prepare for the transfer, he prescribed two medications then on November 19 I had my first transfer I was very happy and confident hoping for a positive result unfortunately on November 28 bad news the pregnancy test was negative I I cried all the tears in my body that day then I ended up resigning myself to my first failure, I told myself I still have a second chance which I decided to take on December 1st as soon as my period arrived this time -here I decided to do a transfer with a natural cycle which means without taking medication to prepare the transfer of the second and last embryo that I had left. I had my second transfer on December 19, 2024 and the pregnancy test on 26 and a positive result on December 27, 2024 to end up learning on December 28, 2024 that I was never pregnant when I found myself in the emergency room at Santa Cabrini hospital because that day I started bleeding my husband and I I thought it was early pregnancy bleeding but no it was simply my usual period, I was so worried I went to the emergency room only to end up learning there that I was never pregnant and that my so-called gynecologist and fertility specialist had lied to me across the board today is Monday December 30th I called the clinic to speak to my gynecologist I was told that he does not take calls or message because he is on vacation he comes to the clinic only for ultrasounds I explained the situation to the secretary who replied that a nurse would contact me during the day and explained my situation to my gynecologist, it’s 3 p.m. still no news from either the nurse or my gynecologist! All this to tell you that these people are a gang of heartless people, without empathy, and even less professionalism! I want to tell everyone who reads my review that this is not a smear campaign like a lady to mention so well in her previous review because she had a different experience with them if I had read the opinion from the start I would never have gone to this clinic!

This is the worst experience of my entire life
They gave me an appointment for a telephone consultation, I took leave from work and they never called me without warning and when I called the clinic they told me that the doctor did not have time and I will be contacted later 2 months later and never had a call or follow-up
The worst clinic ever if you don’t want to be disappointed don’t go there this clinic doesn’t even deserve a star

I am so pleased that I chose this fertility clinic. They got back to me farely quickly, and I had all my test done. The office is beautiful, extremely clean, and very calming. I have anxiety, and I find this office is very calming. All the staff that we have met are extremely polite and nice. You are greeted with a smile and a small conversation. The receptionist is amazing. They have little fabric booties to put on in the winter. They have a Culligan water machine. And also tea. Bathrooms are clean as well as the rooms. And the 2 Dr’s are so nice and understanding
I would give this place 10 stars if I could.

Dr Mahutte, Bonnie and the entire team have been exceptional. It’s a difficult process in general, but they were very professional and supportive which led to successful results.

I am beyond upset with this clinic. The way they have spoken to me is just rude. When you first call to do the intake and they ask how many children you have, and you state how many children you have they think that it’s strange that your calling for help to become pregnant, and to have another child.
Not to mention I have been waiting over 7 months to have a Dr call me to a telephone consultation. They have called me twice in 3 months with an appointment date ,that they left on my voice-mail. But when I call back to confirm just like they ask me to do on the msg they leave, they tell me that my appointment goes to the next person that answers there call. And when I do call them to ask questions, they can’t answer them and tell me to make sure I’m available to answer there call. Really I can’t walk around with my phone in my hand all day from 7 a.m to 7 p.m waiting for there call. Very upsetting g especially when I don’t have that much time left to become pregnant.

I cannot recommend this fertility clinic enough! Dr. Mahutte and his team were amazing throughout my entire journey. Dr. Mahutte was incredibly kind, patient, and always took the time to answer all of my questions without ever making me feel rushed. He made me feel safe and well-cared for at every step of the process, which was so important during such an emotional experience. I also want to give a special mention to Nurse Bonnie, who was absolutely fantastic—compassionate, supportive, and always there when I needed her. The whole team, including the other nurses, provided exceptional care, and I’m beyond grateful for everything they did!
