I will start by saying everyone in the Plymouth office is very kind. That’s where the positive experience ends. You will be treated like a number here, and good luck ever speaking to the doctor. After a failed first IUI attempt I had to beg to finally get the doctor to call me back. The group as a whole is extremely disorganized, and consistently made small errors , causing a complete loss of trust and credibility. The final straw was when the ultrasound tech actually told me you could get pregnant up to 6 days after confirmed ovulation. If you work in a fertility office, at the very least I’d expect you to know that isn’t remotely true. I switched doctors and it is night and day. There are much better options in SE Michigan.
