Patient waited 45-115 minutes, experienced poor communication, and felt staff were unresponsive.

Both me and my partner are not satisfied. Would have thought they had better service with the prices they charge for their classes. Waited for 45 min, without meeting any of the staff or anyone updating us that the doctor was late. There was no one at the reception during the entire waiting period. If you heard the employees, only through laughter and talking, you'd guess they weren't in a hurry. When I first came to the doctor, she was decent and competent, therefore two stars. Was going to take some tests after class, didn't meet a soul afterwards. Doctor said I should get results five minutes after the test was taken. Waited 15 min, heard nothing, then left after being there for a total of 1 hour 15 min. During this time I have only been in contact with one doctor for 10 minutes. Incredibly dissatisfied, will not recommend this place to anyone. The price should at least make the service better with the idea that it is a private company.

Patient experienced poor service with high prices, waited 1 hour 15 minutes to take tests. One positive interaction with a doctor was decent. No staff member was present to update the patient.

Very good service. A little waiting time (10 min), but the examination itself was thorough and good.
