O canal disponibilizado via WhatsApp não funciona adequadamente e não há qualquer retorno efetivo às minhas solicitações. Volta para robô entra atendente gera novo número de protocolo dizem que vão seguir e não tem nenhuma efetividade e seguimento.
Tratando-se um processo relacionado à reprodução humana, um tema extremamente sensível e importante, que exige responsabilidade, a organização, os colaboradores e a tecnologia minimamente adequada para atender os pacientes com respeito e agilidade. programação automática, sem qualquer acompanhamento humano ou andamento real nas demandas.
Estou há mais de 20 dias solicitando retorno, aguardando agendamento e devolutiva sobre exames, sem sucesso. Não há resposta por e-mail, não há posicionamento claro, nem conclusão do processo.
