Very obstinate front desk. Refuses to release results directly to the patient, and refuses to interface with the requesting doctor to get the results shared. Stated on the phone that they faxed the results, no longer our problem... of course receiving doctor has not received a fax. If you want to work with someone who takes patient support seriously, take your healthcare elsewhere.

This review is solely for Maria who works there. Please use better customer service over the phone. It doesn’t matter what your personal feelings are in regards to people’s accounts. You should not be so condescending on the phone. You have no idea what other patients have gone through…..

My husband and I had been trying to conceive for 7 years and had pretty negative experiences with a major California hospital chain before landing here this year. From day one, everyone who works here was extremely kind and invested in both our success and mental wellbeing. The doctors are incredibly knowledgable and spent the time to get to know our situation and create individualized procedures for each step of the IVF process. We also found that they advised us fully at every step on the choices we were making and an approach that maximizes the chances of success. Every time someone gave me a tip that I should ask about, I found that my clinic had already considered the concern and taken the best course of action. At every step I felt like I mattered and everyone in this office was working to help me achieve success as quickly and painlessly as possible. Infertility is an emotionally draining process, and they understand that and care. The staff and doctors gave me hope and restored my confidence in my judgement throughout this process, which is almost as valuable to me as the pregnancy we are leaving with. I cannot recommend them highly enough!
