Reports of double charges, unclear balances, and the requirement to pay before releasing medical records indicate inconsistencies in the billing department.

  • warning Inconsistent policy enforcement

Pregnant individuals have been denied consultations for future family‑building, with the policy communicated in a dismissive tone, leading to feelings of neglect.

  • warning Scheduling delays and prioritization concerns

Patients have faced hour‑long waits, delayed appointments, and instances where staff meals appeared to take precedence over timely care.

  • warning Record‑release obstacles

Delays and additional fees when transferring records to other providers create barriers for patients seeking coordinated care.

SIMPLY THE WORST!!! Let me preface this review by stating that we communicated our issues multiple times to Main Line Fertility and they did NOTHING, not even an appology , so please spare responding with some BS to this review..... Communication is non existent, from the front desk that you will never get a hold of anyone, to the doctors that will be dismissive and rude for wasting their time with questions..... This place really has it all! I wouldnt trust Main Line Fertility to take care of a dead cockroach, They will NEVER do what they say they will and they will always have an excuse of why they cannot seem to do what they say they will..... Its extremely clear they have WAY too many patients to care for but that wont stop taking your money! ZERO STARS!

My experience with 3rd Party was exceptional. As a donor, Jen & Mare set the bar so high that I’m almost certain none could top it. Jen was warm and real from the moment I first talked to her and carried that through even post-retrieval. Donors who cycle at Main Line with are truly lucky. Thanks, you two! ❤️

I would give this clinic zero stars if Google allowed me to do so. I was a patient of Mainline Fertility Bryn Mawr from April 2021 - January 2023. I had 6 rounds of IUI (all failed), 2 egg retrievals (which yielded just 1 healthy embryo) and 1 failed transfer. I was a patient of Dr. Brasile and then switched to Dr. Gocial. I didn't get any eggs retrieved during my second egg retrieval due to Dr. Brasile's chosen protocol. Instead of adding a double trigger to increase egg maturity, she chose to prolong me on the other meds for almost 14 days, which caused missing ALL the viable eggs. Instead of recognizing her mistakes, she then proceeded to tell me that she thought I had an issue with the LH hormone coming from my brain. When I challenged her on that diagnosis, she said 'unfortunately that's not something that can be tested, it is based only on my clinical experience'. As a doctor of any kind, you can't guess a patients diagnosis. After this failed egg retrieval, I consulted my case with 4 different Reproductive Endocrinologists from 4 different clinics around the country, showed them the protocol she used and they ALL agreed it could have been solved with a double trigger and that she had decided to keep me on meds too long. It only took me 2 rounds of failed egg retrievals and 1 failed transfer to say goodbye to her and this clinic. I feel very sorry for those patients that do more than 3 rounds of egg retrievals with no success. Fortunately, I went to RMANJ clinic in April 2023 and I had a healthy baby boy born on September 2024. BEST DECISION. I wouldn't recommend this clinic to anyone seeking good reproductive care, it is completely true that they only care about money, no patient's success. Please stay away of this business.
