Absolutely loved it here. They made our IVF journey so simple and stress free. From the open day, we were welcomed and given all the info we needed/wanted. We were advised about Kind IVF, which was a life saver! Cannot thank Carina enough for that.! At every appointment, we were welcomed and recognised which made the whole experience more joyful. Every nurse was kind, patient and informative. Always answered our questions and talked me through all the scans. Quite gutted to leave but it worked out and I cannot thank the whole team enough, words don’t even come close!! Thanks to everyone we saw and helped us through this at Brentwood, you don’t know what it means to us!!

I went through two rounds of IVF with LWC. The nurses at the Brentwood clinic and at Harley Street were nice. Unfortunately Dr Kovats at the Brentwood clinic has no bedside manner, I found her to be rude, she actually laughed at me down the phone once and told me to lose weight. I asked to not speak to her following that incident. Following the second round of IVF, which failed, I was not contacted for approx two weeks. Only then to receive an email to state, sorry the doctor has only just informed us what happened. In that time the app kept sending me lovely reminder messages to take my medication for the embryo that I didn’t have. The fact that they can’t even communicate between themselves shows how disorganised they are. The after care is shocking. Don’t waste your time and money with LWC, I wish I hadn’t. There is a serious issue with the duty of care to their patients, considering the vulnerability of people going through fertility issues and the large amounts of money they are happy to take off you. I once cried while talking to one of the nurses as I wasn’t getting very far with follicle growth, next time I spoke to the doctor, she made me feel bad about that and suggested counselling, she said she would send me the details and never did. I’m disappointed and disgusted with how I have been treated. You just feel like a number being dealt with. Make sure you also check out the reviews of the Harley Street clinic. As it gives you more only an insight. Good luck and go elsewhere!

LWC review

I underwent the Kind IVF treatment at LWC in 2023, with Brentwood as my local clinic for testing and scans.
I don’t have a single bad thing to say about LWC. The staff at both the Brentwood clinic and the Harley Street clinic were very polite, friendly and professional. There wasn’t one occasion where I felt the service could have been improved. Especially at the Brentwood clinic and I am so grateful for the service received.
I was very lucky to have success on my first round of IVF with a positive test following a day 5 transfer and I now have a 6 week old baby girl. However, I would have given the same review regardless of the outcome.
I would 100% recommend LWC, especially the Kind IVF treatment if you are suitable for this as it is lower cost than regular IVF although you will likely retrieve less eggs due to lower dose medication. From 6 eggs I only had 1 embryo make it to day 5, however it only takes 1. I’m glad I didn’t hesitate to start the treatment and I would definitely do it again as it is so worth it in the end.

Could not recommend London Women’s Clinic more. I used the Brentwood clinic for both of my cycles and have always felt so safe in their knowledgeable hands. Every single person you come into contact with is friendly, knowledgeable and caring. Everyone makes you feel like they are on the journey with you and you’re not just another patient. Their communication is excellent so you always feel well supported and nothing is ever too much. A fantastic team of people that I am forever grateful for.

London Women’s Clinic Brentwood is a lovely clinic. They are helpful and all the staff are lovely. They make treatment less stressful and make the experience as nice as possible.
They have helped my partner and I have our little boy and we will be forever grateful and we have returned to them to try and give him a sibling due to how nice they have all been.
