My experience at IVF London Women’s Clinic was truly life-changing. When I first began this journey, I was filled with fear, hope, and so many emotions, but the team there supported me every step of the way. Their compassion, patience, and genuine care made such a difficult process feel lighter and less overwhelming. What meant the most to me was how they treated me as a person, not just a patient. They listened, reassured me on my hardest days, and celebrated the small milestones with me. I always felt safe, understood, and supported. And the most incredible part is that the treatment worked. I still can’t fully express how grateful I am for the sensitivity and dedication of everyone at the clinic. They helped make a dream come true, and I will carry that gratitude with me forever.”

My partner and I attended for consultation a few weeks ago. From the getgo the staff at London Women's Clinic Cardiff were extremely helpful and supportive, booking in for the appointments was very simple and straightforward. All members of staff that we have met at the clinic have been extremely kind, calm and welcolming. We have been made to feel extremely comfortable throughout the whole process. It has been extremely re-assuring to speak to nurses and doctors at the clinic as well as to be presented with a wealth of post-consultation information from our Patient Care Coordinator. It took two weeks from enquiring to receiving test results and consultation, and this could have been sooner had our own availability allowed. If treatments are required in future I would have no hesitation in going to London Women's Clinic Cardiff. Thank you for all of your help and for making us feel seen and heard.

I honestly cannot fault them, we are with Bristol Women’s clinic for the scans but with Cardiff for our egg collection and transfer. The staff were so unbelievably lovely, we felt really cared for and so at ease with them. I’m now in my two …
