Would give more than 5 stars if it was an option! The care we’ve received from every single person we’ve encountered at this clinic has been outstanding. By which I mean genuine care for you as a patient and your journey beyond just what is their job. Everyone is so friendly and has made us feel so welcome, cared for and secure. Can’t thank you enough!

So, we visited the clinic in July and we were offered the options of IVF or to keep trying naturally, as nothing was the matter with myself or my husband. When we got home we were called and offered “lite/kind IVF” Why were we not offered this in the clinic whilst we were there is beyond me. We kept trying naturally with no success and therefore decided that we would return to the clinic and go ahead with Lite/kind IVF that was offered. When ringing the reception for information I got a very rude receptionist who was adamant she’d already sent me the information about the treatment, but would send it again. She sent us information on IVF not kind/lite IVF. We booked an appointment to discuss Lite/kind IVF, I gave all my details over the phone and made a point of reiterating that it was for the kind/lite IVF.
So after being told at our original appointment when we got home that we could have lite/kind IVF, after then discussing with the receptionist, booking an appointment today specifically to start the process, we attended our appointment. We traveled on a 90 minute round trip, to sit with the doctor and told we can’t have the discussed treatment as I’m 37! Even though websites and literature states 37 and below and the telephone call we received clearly stated I could have it until I turned 38. So why in July was I told I could have it? Poor communication, lack of empathy and a generally poor staff. The team have left both my husband and myself feeling very deflated and defeated after having discussed the treatment at length and taking the huge decision to move forward with it. Very disappointed and wouldn’t recommend this clinic.

Extremely happy with the full process. Staff are very friendly, put you at ease and accommodating where possible. Very easy to talk to and solve any problems fast either by ringing or using the salve app. Everything was explained and any questions answered quickly. Would highly recommend!

Could not fault any of the staff or the services at Darlington LWC. Friendly and professional at all times. Always able to contact them directly, or via their Salve App, and always received a quick response. Anyone looking for help and support with fertility treatment in and around the North East – we would highly recommend this clinic. From our initial consultation to discharge with a positive outcome it took around 3 months. Very pleased with our treatments and again, all the staff were very supportive at each stage. Payments and cost of treatments, medication etc were explained to us upfront. We were offered a complimentary/compulsory counselling session which my husband and I found useful. I found the clinic to be very clean and welcoming on each visit. On one occasion, some of the staff came in extra early after scheduling an emergency appointment for our egg collection to ensure we wouldn’t have to wait on our own whilst the theatre staff were getting ready. 10/10 for everything.

My wife and I have had a great experience with London Women’s Clinic Darlington. The staff were extremely friendly and reassuring throughout the process!
