"Disappointed by the Unpleasant Phone Encounter While Trying to Book an Appointment"

At first I thought that the bad reviews below were wrong/extreme cases, but I have to say that I completely agree that it's an unpleasant tone (interrupts and mouths - someone who is burnt out at work maybe 🤷‍♀️) as soon as you ask a little about pricing and forms of treatment. Never experienced such a strange conversation on the phone. I just wanted to book a doctor's appointment (already had the results from the investigation earlier) and wanted some price information and a clear overview, it was difficult to get without a doctor's appointment. I don't really know how to describe this shady phone call haha..
