Would have happily given 0 stars. There was a staff member who I had encountered with and she was really rude with no manners. I did not get her name but I hope her customer service improves as I really felt unwelcomed!! Poor behaviour.

"Disappointed with Care: Leicester Clinic Falls Short on Communication and Respect"

The responses to some of the negative reviews are appalling and defensive. If you are choosing a clinic in Leicester just consider the better options for example in Nottingham. Firstly the doctors in my opinion do not value the treatment they give. They lost blood tests and refuse to provide guidance on dosage. They place a lot of value on their private work which clearly blurs lines. They do not give informed opinions. The doctors communication skills are pretty awful except the anaesthetic team. The nurses that take bloods and action results simply do not appear to care. They clearly work beyond their abilities as one particular doctor undermined them. To top it off a manager type person and nurse were gossiping about patients on earshot of the waiting room. Without our consent the doctor referred us to a counsellor. Leicester deserves better than this type of care. I do not want them to provide a phone number to explore concerns. Judging by these defensive responses it is better to escalate.

I have nothing but positive things to say about Leicester Fertility Centre. All the staff are amazing, Julia on reception is one of my fave people ever. Suzie and Kathryn are just the loveliest nurses. The embryologist had the most reassuring chat with us. Everybody just makes you feel like your family and like your all in the together. Our journey wasn't easy and at times I lost hope but the support I received from the clinic was priceless. I recieved NHS treatment, it was all very informative, my protocol was adjusted when needed and we are now 4 months pregnant. I am so grateful x
