Our experience...horrible! Every time we went (we had to go many times) we waited for more than an hour, during a whole month of visits the computer did not work (taking notes with a notebook), lack of information at the end of the process... As a positive, the treatment to the patient and the economic part (of course after arguing and a long email chain). Personally, we do not recommend it at all, it is a difficult experience and they have added many negative emotions to the process. I edit the review after 10 months, my most profound and sincere advice: go to IVI, after 6 years we have achieved it only thanks to them.

Good treatment and good professionals. I stayed the first time and now we have a beautiful baby. The only downside is that at the beginning they told us that if we didn't do some steps (which we didn't want to do) they wouldn't charge us and in the end they did. The rest is perfect, we will return for a brother/sister.

One star because it cannot be rated less. I give my assessment for my children who underwent treatment there, Very correct staff but for me unprofessional, almost without explanations, the treatment at full speed, the doctor arrived late and attended to them almost without changing. Now that they are in another clinic I have to say that there is no color, and not because of the price, it is the same, this hospital has a face and eyes and the professionals explain everything so that they can understand it. We have lost time and money, which is important but not the most important thing, since the woman who receives the treatment suffers from it and I think they should take it into account. I don't recommend it at all

My experience was negative. Long waiting time at each visit, the doctor was always in a hurry. Lack of information, professionalism and even some negligence: they thawed 3 embryos without consulting me and 2 had to be returned freeze. The team does not convince you at the same time as advising. The nurse also worked as a receptionist and d administrative, little serious. I hear that the center is not up to par. I can only thank the treatment of the doctor who arrived new.

Thanks to the entire Laia Fertility team, I am pregnant on the first try!!!! I decided to be a single mother and they supported me like a family. 100% recommendable, it is a team of women who are adorable and all the treatment is done in Mataró, you don't have to travel and that makes it easier, I am already 8 months old and very happy to have chosen this center, everyone's treatment is very close, affectionate, very familiar, I felt very supported, I would not hesitate to choose them all again!!! Thank you very much for all the support received💞💖
