The doctors are very good, but the receptionists have a dismissive attitude towards customers, to say the least. Irritation is often heard in their voices, which is very unpleasant. Especially since there's usually only one receptionist, and very often no one else. Calling the office is like a lottery; you never know how long you'll be waiting. Furthermore, it's very strange that the receptionist can transfer you to the doctor, but the doctor can't transfer you to the receptionist (to schedule another appointment). Strange.

The best recommendation for the clinic is perhaps the fact that our daughter is with us in this world. Dr. Kuczyńska is a very kind and professional person. I absolutely don't believe that every patient at the clinic is treated like a chain; quite the opposite, the approach to each case is individualized.
