What to watch out for at KRAKOVI?

  • warning Phone & Appointment Access Issues

Many patients experience long hold times, unanswered calls, and difficulty scheduling seminogram or other appointments. Reports mention waiting 30‑50 minutes on the phone or being unable to secure a slot despite repeated attempts.

  • warning Receptionist Attitude Problems

Several accounts describe rude or indifferent behavior from front‑desk staff, including lack of empathy, abrupt responses, and public embarrassment during material drop‑offs. These incidents contrast sharply with the otherwise supportive environment.

  • warning Perceived Over‑Testing & Supplement Use

A minority of patients criticize the extensive panel of hormonal and genetic tests, as well as a large regimen of supplements, viewing them as unnecessary and costly compared with practices in other European clinics.

  • warning Inconsistent Genetic Screening

Some patients note that early genetic testing is not routinely offered, which they consider a missed opportunity for optimizing embryo selection and reducing later complications.

  • warning Isolated Negative Doctor Experience

One comment specifically mentions dissatisfaction with Dr. Mirocki, indicating that not all physicians at the clinic meet the high expectations set by the majority of staff.

IVF clinic with a caring team, Dr. Jakub Wyroba achieved surprising results after poor initial results, strong communication

I wholeheartedly recommend the entire Krakow team, especially Dr. Jakub Wyroba. Thanks to him, after many years of struggle, we are finally finally happy. Despite the very poor results, the doctor's experience and tailored treatment brought the expected results. Throughout all stages of treatment, the entire team was incredibly committed and empathetic. Communication with the clinic and the doctor himself was virtually seamless, even on Sundays, which is incredibly important during treatment, as feeling cared for is key. I recommend him and thank you again for everything.

I highly recommend this IVF clinic due to the exceptional and empathetic staff. The kind and helpful staff at the front desk and the midwives provided excellent support. The IVF procedure was a positive experience.

I highly recommend this place. The ladies at the front desk are kind, helpful, and always smiling. But they're not the only ones. Both the midwives and Dr. Alicja Lachowska are empathetic and helped me during and after the procedure.
