I accompanied my aunt to her IVF appointment earlier this week and we were extremely disappointed with the provider’s bedside manner. Without even conducting a full assessment, my aunt was told that she “would be throwing her money through a window” if treatment was pursued. After years of batting with infertility, the providers commentary was extremely insensitive & his approach unprofessional and majorly lacking a patient-centered approach. After terminal judgments were made about her succession rate, with the comment being made that she would never have a successful pregnancy, we weren’t even counseled about other potential options. We felt that the lack of explanations and options to be extremely negligent. Again, the provider came to this conclusion without even conducting any exams outside of a blood test and a rushed ultrasound. We are extremely disappointed with the care received.

Very kind and professional staff, from reception, nurses to doctors everyone are great and helpful. I recommend this Klinik.

Please, no one goes to them They have no experience. If you want treatment, go to Germany They are better

The nurses deserve 5 stars, because they’re amazing, patient, caring, and friendly. The doctors always seem to be in a rush, even if results aren’t normal or fine they’ll tell you “everything is normal”. They sugarcoat things instead of being honest and “brutal” which I don’t appreciate. They call to update you on embryo development, answer quickly on messages in the Patient Portal, they’ll call you to check up on you after retrieval and transfer, but that’s the nurses again being the absolute superstars of the clinic. After talking to others about the clinic, it feels like everything is very standard, and if you don’t fit the standard or it doesn’t work with the “standard treatment”, they kinda don’t know what to do with you?

WOW, nothing but amazing things to say about Klinikk Hausken! We have multiple friends who have highly recommended this clinic for IVF, so we traveled from the US to have the procedure done and it was such an incredible experience. Of course we are very grateful for success on the first try, but it goes way beyond just that. Every single person we met in this office was welcoming, friendly and kind. The service received with our own private room truly felt like a spa, which was so comforting. The place was immaculate and very, very clean. We will be coming back for our next round of IVF in the future and we truly cannot express how grateful we our for our experience at Klinikk Hausken and would recommend it to anyone considering!!!
