Myślę że jest to miejsce do którego dzwonią ludzie z różnymi problemami i absurdem jest obsługa pacjentów na tak żałosnym i przykrym poziomie.

Niniejszym składam oficjalną skargę dotyczącą wizyty zaplanowanej na dzień 11/02 o godz. 18:00 do lekarza Andrii Shynkaruk. Na wizytę zapisywałam się świadomie i celowo właśnie do tego lekarza – z rekomendacji – oczekując konsultacji u konkretnego specjalisty.
Po przybyciu na miejsce zostałam poinformowana, że lekarz przebywa na szkoleniu, a w jego zastępstwie zaproponowano mi wizytę u innego lekarza. Nie wyraziłam na to zgody. Moja sytuacja zdrowotna jest poważna – wymaga operacji – dlatego zależało mi wyłącznie na konsultacji u wybranego specjalisty, na którego termin oczekiwałam.
Nie zostałam wcześniej skutecznie poinformowana o odwołaniu wizyty. W recepcji poinformowano mnie, że rzekomo podjęto próbę kontaktu telefonicznego („czerwone słuchawki w systemie”). Oświadczam, że nie posiadam żadnego nieodebranego połączenia i zawsze odbieram telefon. Ponadto, skoro rejestracja odbywała się drogą mailową, naturalnym i profesjonalnym rozwiązaniem byłoby również przesłanie informacji e-mailem lub SMS-em. Nie otrzymałam żadnej wiadomości w tej sprawie.
Uważam za niedopuszczalne stawianie pacjenta przed faktem dokonanym bez wcześniejszego uzgodnienia zmiany lekarza oraz bez uzyskania jego zgody. Sytuacja ta świadczy o braku należytej organizacji oraz braku szacunku wobec pacjenta. Dodatkowo nie otrzymałam nawet przeprosin za zaistniałą sytuację.
Biorąc pod uwagę, że koszt wizyty wynosi 300 zł, oczekiwałabym przynajmniej rzetelnej informacji z wyprzedzeniem oraz elementarnej uprzejmości w postaci przeprosin za zaistniałą sytuację.

Specjalnie tego dnia zwolniłem się wcześniej z pracy i jechałem ponad 1h aby dotrzeć na wizytę (i 1h powrot)
Na miejscu zostałem poinformowany, że wizyta została odwołana.
Byłem zdziwiony i zbulwersowany.
Pani w recepcji powiedziala tylko że widzi w systemie że wysłano mi smsa o odwołaniu wizyty. Poinformowalem ja, że nie otrzymałem takiego smsa i że jeszcze dzień przed wizyta otrzymałem smsa z przypomnieniem o wizycie.
Pani kazała czekać na kontakt infolini.
Ta poinformowała mnie że podjęto JEDNĄ próbę kontaktu telefonicznego (nie mogłem odebrać bo miałem spotkanie w pracy) , po czym (niby) wysłano mi smsa o odwołaniu (który nie doszedł) i najwyraźniej uznano że to zamyka sprawę.
Dziwnym trafem wszystkie wcześniejsze smsy (potwierdzające i przypomijace) do mnie dotarły.
Nie przypominam sobie żebym usłyszał choćby raz słowo 'przepraszam' za zaistniałą sytuację, nie mówiąc już o tym żeby zaproponowano mi jakąś rekompensatę.
Na infolini dowiedzialem się że powodem odwołania (w połowie dnia poprzedzajacego wizytę) jest UWAGA: zmiana grafiku lekarza. Nie jego choroba czy inne nagłe zdarzenie - zmiana grafiku...
Niech teraz każdy odpowie sobie na pytanie czy chciałby być klientem takiej kliniki.
