Many thanks to the entire team at the Dresden Fertility Center! You made our greatest wish come true. We felt understood and well looked after at all times. Every step was explained, and they preferred to do one more check-up rather than rush into things, which we greatly appreciated. A special thank you goes to Ms. Müller for the wonderful experience of acupuncture after the embryo transfer. The acupuncture gave the whole experience a little more meaning; it made the day feel so magical, and it was ultimately the transfer that brought our miracle to us! I hope we don't see each other again too soon, but we'll definitely see each other again for a second child! We are now waiting for our baby in May 2026! Best wishes from the S. family.

We can wholeheartedly recommend this clinic! We're expecting our first miracle in December! As someone who didn't know what to expect, we felt incredibly well cared for here. The staff is very friendly and empathetic, and the doctors are outstanding, explaining every step of the process. They address anxieties and questions with great empathy. Disappointing Experience with the Anesthesia Team As a doctor, I had complete confidence in the medical consultation – but my experience with the anesthesia team at this hospital was extremely disappointing. What was planned was a purely diagnostic, 15-minute examination, which turned into a nightmare for me. Despite a clear agreement during the preliminary telephone consultation, I was administered a triple combination of anesthetic medications that had not been agreed upon without my consent. This led to a prolonged and complicated recovery phase, but the nursing staff were unaware of this and were unable to react accordingly. It wasn't until later, around 2-3 p.m. (I was scheduled to pick him up between 12-1 p.m.), when I was able to pick up my cell phone, that I called my husband – but I could barely speak due to exhaustion and the effects of the anesthesia. Instead, I cried on the phone, unable to tell him that something had gone wrong. However, because of my crying, my husband immediately understood that he urgently needed to come over. Only when he arrived and inquired about what had happened were I given medication for my severe headaches and incessant vomiting. What was particularly problematic was that the anesthesiologist had already left the clinic before I was fully awake. As a result, I received no explanation about the deviation from the agreed schedule or the medications administered. Only after my urgent request did the anesthesiologist contact me by phone two days later, stating unclear indications for the medications administered. No apology or comprehensible explanation was forthcoming, despite my repeated requests. This lack of transparency and patient communication on the part of the anesthesia team is unacceptable to me.
