We were treated at the Emmastrasse Clinic for 1.5 years and always felt very well looked after during this difficult time. Even at reception, the MFAs are always very friendly and helpful, which is really admirable given the sometimes huge rush of patients (or their own time pressure). Then over time we got to know each of the doctors and were always given competent and optimistic advice. You never had the feeling that you were rushed or that there was no time for questions. Questions sent by email were always answered very promptly. We are now pregnant with their support and are very happy that we were able to be patients here.

We were there today on February 27th. here.
The staff are friendly for the number of patients.

But what doesn’t work at all is the young lady who takes blood here.
She wears the same gloves all the time. She takes blood from all patients using the same gloves. Run to the waiting room with your gloves on and grab everything! Door handles, the wall, the counter and yourself in the face.
Incredibly unhygienic!
And that’s bad….. this isn’t the first time we’ve seen this!

THIS DOES NOT WORK AT ALL!

If anyone from the team is reading this. It’s the young lady with the white headscarf. Maybe it would be time to explain the principle of infection routes to her, thank you.

I am really very disappointed. I wanted to freeze cells. I was given very good advice beforehand and on the day of the operation everything went smoothly. I was just a commodity. Another doctor who I had not seen before was also supposed to operate. I was asked whether I had already redeemed the prescription that I was supposed to take afterwards. However, I had not received the recipe beforehand. It wasn’t immediately available at the pharmacy either. After the procedure, I couldn’t reach anyone on the phone if I had any questions. My first period was terrible. I thought I was bleeding to death, I wasn’t informed about this beforehand. I am so disappointed with the service. There may be good doctors, but not good education.

“Grateful for Our Positive Experience at Emmastr Fertility Clinic”

To the fertility clinic Emmastr. Leaving was definitely the best decision for us. All employees in this practice are extremely friendly, empathetic and competent. We started there with a very unsettled feeling. This feeling was something Dr. Grewe took us right away in the first conversation and from then on we felt really comfortable there. We were well informed about all the options and given very good advice. Every decision was in our hands, which made us very happy. We were lucky that it worked right away on the first try and are now really happy about our little mouse. The beginning of the right treatment was a year ago and we often look back and are just grateful that the Emmastr. fertility clinic was there. and thereby also gives our daughter. We can confidently recommend this practice to anyone who has an unfulfilled desire to have children!

“Joining This Clinic Was the Best Decision We Made!”

The best decision we could have made.
We moved here from another clinic and were a bit stressed for this reason. But this feeling disappeared after the first appointment.
Incredibly good information, accurate diagnostics and great employees.
Regardless of whether they are doctors, MFAs or girls from the laboratory, you can tell the team is perfectly coordinated and does it with heart. Very very empathetic.
You should plan for the longer waiting times, but you should also ignore them, because everyone will take the time they need.
We were successful 🙂

“Thanks to Dr. Grewe, I went from infertility doubts to having two beautiful kids!”

Doctor Grewe is a very good, nice and competent doctor. I was treated by him 4 years ago because of my unfulfilled desire to have children and after just 4-5 months I had my positive result. I now have two children, my youngest went without treatment. I still wanted to thank him again for making this possible for me. According to some other doctors, I wasn’t even fertile! I recommend every woman to go to Doctor Grewe, he also encourages you and is a very intelligent doctor in his field that has to be said. Thank you again Mr Grewe. P.S. The doctor’s assistants were of course always nice and I didn’t have a bad experience.
