UPDATE TO MY REVIEW: The staff at the Swansea office is great. Kindbody billing is atrocious. You can’t get a proper breakdown of what you owe and what your payment history is. Oh, and if you ask, you will be ignored. Unless you have money to blow, go somewhere else.

Shout out to the staff at Kindbody in Swansea! They have taken care of me through this entire process and supported me along the way. With such a vulnerable topic fertility is, the staff at Swansea displays grace and understanding. I would recommend them for your fertility needs!

Dr. Cooper and all the staffs at Swansea location are wonderful. They know what they are doing and never give up on us!

This location didn’t inform me that they are out of my insurance network until after charging me $200 for my appointment. Absolutely scum preying on people who are trying to start a family.

The team at the Swansea office and Dr. Kelsey Anderson were truly top notch! My entire experience was very educational and supportive. Each step of my journey was explained to me by my provider using visuals and open communication, every question we had was welcomed and answered during our one to one sessions with Dr. Anderson, over the portal or with a nurse. Good or bad outcome, I would choose Kindbody over and over again. They make a mentally and physically tough situation a little less challenging. Their staff at Swansea, reception, lab, and ultrasound were all so kind and uplifting!

We have had the most amazing experience. From day one, we were met with smiling faces and kind words. If I ever had a question or anxiety about anything, they were more than helpful at making me feel at ease. Every step of the way Dr.Klenov was amazing to work with, I have now recommend friends of mine to take the step with Kindbody, I can’t express how blessed and thankful we are that you all helped complete our family.

Not many people leave reviews, mainly when it’s a terrible experience. But I wanted to leave a review about a very positive and wonderful experience we had at Kindbody. My wife and I tried another fertility clinic in Missouri first and had the worst experience which left us very defeated. We had four failed rounds of IUI, our coordinator had no bedside manner and very poor communication. We decided to switch to another clinic and after doing our research, we landed on Kindbody. We were linked up with Dr. Klenov and she was just what we needed. She listened. She understood. She was kind and caring. After meeting with other staff at Kindbody, we felt the same way about them as well. Everyone was so welcoming. We did one round of IVF and had a beautiful baby boy. We did all of our ultrasounds and blood draws at Swansea and traveled to their St. Louis location for all of the big stuff. I cannot say enough good things about Kindbody. You will not be disappointed!

Amazing staff! The office is quaint, quiet, and they get me in and out so fast! Everyone is so nice and welcoming. They make me feel very comfortable! Couldn’t recommend enough!

I honestly have had the worst experience with Kindbody Swansea and do not recommend it to anyone. I mean this in all seriousness, it is a IVF mill. Trying to speak with your actual office is pretty much impossible, and once you do get to them, half the time they are rude and seem put off that you reached them. Their multiple portals are horrible to navigate. Their billing department is an absolute nightmare. I first was told all of my services would be covered by my spouses insurance. Then I was told I would need to put down a $3000.00 deposit. Then I was told they made a mistake and they actually only need an $800.00 deposit. So we went from free to $800.00. I was told the genetic testing would be covered as well but of course, it was not. Now, 8 months later, I just received a $127.00 bill for services from September of 2023 after being told in December by the office in Swansea that I do not owe anything further. I’m now working with billing to figure out what the charges are for since I have not received an actual bill or statement in the mail. It is completely unacceptable. They do not care about getting to the bottom of your fertility problems. It’s a mill. If you are at the point already where IVF is your only option and you have money to burn, maybe this place is for you, but if you want doctors that actually listen to your experience and create a plan that is tailored to your specific needs, I urge you, go elsewhere.

We are so grateful for Dr. Mackenzie Purdy and the rest of the fabulous staff at Kindbody. They were wonderful as they guided my husband and I through the process and helped us bring home our miracle baby. Our fertility journey started many years ago, in and out of countless specialty offices. We were referred to Kindbody by a friend and were able to graduate after a little over a year.
