The team, in person and via the portal, were very professional, supportive, communicative, and understanding. Even though it was my second time going through the process, they ensured all my questions were answered and kept me informed the home time. When I had to bring my toddler with me to appointments, they welcomed her instead of seeing it as a challenge. My only suggestion is to invest in some updates and improvements to the Swansea office I visited most frequently. It was obviously cramped, and the space was not set up well for patients or staff. Even though the staff were wonderful, the office does not feel inviting because of this issue.

Kindbody Swansea office staff received praise for their care and support. However, billing is considered unprofessional and difficult to understand.

UPDATE TO MY REVIEW: The staff at the Swansea office is great. Kindbody billing is atrocious. You can't get a proper breakdown of what you owe and what your payment history is. Oh, and if you ask, you will be ignored. Unless you have money to blow, go somewhere else. Shout out to the staff at Kindbody in Swansea! They have taken care of me through this entire process and supported me along the way. With such a vulnerable topic fertility is, the staff at Swansea displays grace and understanding. I would recommend them for your fertility needs!
