They get two stars for their professional and polite demeanor throughout each appointment. They lose the other three stars because they will Never. Answer. The. Phone. Ever. And I just found out they failed to send my wife's full records to her OB/GYN. But to be fair, they only had 58 days to get it done before it negatively impacted her appointment. We're not going back. We're not impressed. We wish we had just endured the extra four hours round-trip and stayed with the Spokane fertility clinic like we originally intended. Again: They will NEVER answer the phone. NEVER.

I’ve had the hardest time ever getting a hold of this office. They never answer the phone during hours and I never get a call back when I leave a voicemail. You basically have to wait for the MA to respond to your my chart messages and if you message at the wrong times you won’t get to start your medication for your cycle. Infertility is such an isolating process and having health care providers who refuse to call you makes it so much worse.
