The first thing we would like to say is THANK YOU for making our dream come true.
From day one, we found a team that understands your situation and treats you with incredible love and respect. We were greeted by Raquel, who helped us at all times by adapting the appointments to our needs and making all the paperwork very simple. Dr. Teresa was always very positive with our case, something that we did not find anywhere near in the Social Security… And she was always very attentive to us, both psychologically and with any necessary tests. We don’t want to forget the entire team behind it, but we want to highlight Patri from the laboratory, since he recommended this clinic to us and helped us achieve our dream.

We want to thank the entire IVI team for their professionalism and emotional support throughout the process.
It is a hard, long process, with many uncertainties, which many of us do not know until we are immersed in it. In this situation, it is essential to have good professionals to advise you, but just as important is to find people who will accompany you, give you security and emotional support.
We found out about IVI through the internet and we can say that we were right to choose it as our clinic. From the first moment they gave us confidence, they explained all the processes to us (as many times as necessary) and they supported us when things seemed like they might not go entirely well.
Their work does not end with the medical discharge, being ready for any questions that may arise during the pregnancy and worrying about how everything is evolving.
We want to end by thanking Ainara and the entire IVI team for helping us achieve our dream, which in a few months will become a reality.

Our case was not a positive experience. We have gone for the good comments but…. The doctor from Santander has nothing to say, always kind and correct, but in the end everything is done at IBI BILBAO and they seem to have a lot of work, which leads to very little empathy, very little information,…. a surreal case happened to us that I prefer not to even comment on because it really hurt us a lot….. they are going to get paid no matter what happens and you don’t notice any kind of effort for things to turn out well (you get into to the doubt of whether there may be deception). It was our first time and they took away our desire for everything…. and if we decided to repeat at IVI it certainly won’t be. It is a brutal and psychological effort of money and they do not take it into account at all………

After several resounding failures in another clinic in Santander that I will not name out of respect, we played our last card in IVI, and we could not be happier.
There is no color.
I only have words of gratitude to IVI Santander, both for its professionalism and for its empathy and sincerity, something very important in processes as difficult as IVF. We have felt super supported and it has been a real pleasure to meet them, thanks to them we have managed to fulfill our dream of expanding the family and we now have our little girl with us 🙂

I recommend this Clinic, after telling you my case with my failures, my best treatment was decided to ensure the positive as much as possible…And so it was. It’s almost 8 weeks and everything is fine, now let’s enjoy it thanks to Doctor Teresa Vallina and the entire IVI team.

Our time at IVI has been wonderful! They have treated us both very well and the love and attention have been excellent. We did egg donation treatment and it worked the first time!!! Now we are looking forward to a girl! We will surely come back for the other embryo ❤️.
